Value for Money
Pros:

Excellent location , spacious rooms and very prompt room service. Food was delicious , full marks to the chefs . Rooms were squeaky clean and hygienic. Excellent spread of breakfast . Highly courteous staff. The only thing the TVs in the room need upgradation (had to call housekeeping twice to fix TV which they promptly did ) Total value for money .

Courteous staff , well appointed rooms , Clean and well maintained. excellent food specially a reasonable buffet option which is limited but with good options

Cons:

There was a drainage issue in the shower section with the water not clearing that needs to be fixed in the room

Amazing hospitality
Pros:

Had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at park plaza Zirakpur. Hotel staff is very courteous and professional. Location of the hotel is very good. Rooms are spacious. Restaurant buffet has a lot of variety and staff is very professional. Special thanks to Mr Ujjwal and Nitin who were very caring in taking care of my child’s requirements of food in the restaurant.
A sincere thanks to whole park plaza team for an amazing hospitality.
