Stayed at Park Plaza Zirakpur with my wife for one night (20th–21st June). Overall, the hotel offers comfortable rooms, good cleanliness standards, and courteous staff. The breakfast spread was quite good, with a decent variety of options and prompt service.
As a Radisson Rewards member, I had booked a package that included both dinner and breakfast.
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to avail the dinner on the scheduled evening despite having paid for it as part of the package. I requested if the hotel could provide some form of compensation or alternative arrangement the next day, but they were unable to accommodate the request.
While I understand that policies may have limitations, a more flexible guest-centric approach would have enhanced the experience, especially for loyal Radisson members. Nevertheless, the stay itself was pleasant, and the property remains a good option for travelers visiting the Chandigarh-Zirakpur area.

Amazing experience while our first stay at Park plaza. I have come back from the United States and wanted a premium stay in Zirakpur and this hotel was uptown my expectations. The staff is also very friendly and good service. Overall an excellent stay.
