Clean, modern decor, free breakfast! I wish they would have softer sheets and out soap dispensers were all out. So we had to call for refills. Other than that inexpensive close to bars and restaurants and movie theaters.

Great place clean and not far from mayo

My daughter had an appointment at Mayo and as we were checking in, the front desk clerk was So Helpful with the Shuttle information and made us feel Welcomed. We tried out the pool and Hot Tub and loved that it was a Salt water pool. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We both slept well. After we got back home and as I was unpacking my suitcase I realized I had left my swimsuit hanging on the bathroom door in our motel room. I called the motel and asked if they found my swimsuit. They took my phone number and called me back saying they have my swimsuit. I am So impressed by the wonderful Service we received from La Quinta Motel! We will definitely stay there again!

I enjoyed my stay here! Nice and cozy and good breakfast 😋 the staff was really great and helpful. Checking in was a breeze.

Great location- very clean spacious room with 2 queen beds. Kuerig coffee maker with ample pods.
Pool and hot tub which we did not use but looked nice and clean. Breakfast was good.

We paid $500 for 2 nights for everything in our room to be dirty or broken. First impression was our door had a chunk missing out of it. We walk in and it smells damp and gross. The front light by the main entry flickered nonstop. The floor of the bathtub was yellow. Our hand soap was completely empty. Our lampshade on the night stand was broken off and didnt stay straight up. You had to lean it against the wall. Another lamp shade looked like someone punched it and the other was peeling. One of the curtains had a huge stain on the bottom. Assuming that was from some sort of water damage because in the same corner the trim was separating from the wall. And to top it all off our phone in our room had the cord cut. The worst hotel I've ever been to.

We stayed at the La Quinta in Rochester MN. We had a nice room on the 4 the floor. It was clean and roomy. Big bathroom!
No complaints. There's a microwave, refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker. Free breakfast downstairs. Full breakfast, scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, bagels toast, muffins, apples, sausage gravy, mashed potatoes (weird), fresh coffee and juices. Staff was super nice. My friend and I stayed here a month ago in a different room but same type. It was really bad. The lamp shade was totally busted up, the dresser had broken drawers. Dirty under the beds. It was a totally different experience. Even though there were issues with that room we both agreed we'd stay there again. So here we are!! And we got a great room this time!! They allow pets (for a small fee $25) I brought my Chihuahua Hickory. He was a perfect traveler.
I recommend this hotel! I'd rate it a 7/10.

Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Good breakfast.

For a newer hotel, the rooms look beat. Lots of mold in showers. Rusted bathroom door frames. My fridge was broken. Four days arguing with then, it finally froze all my food solid! Painting done by a 2 year old, they painted tiles and mirror. Dresser was sitting on shims, but still not level enough for drawers to open. Microwave didnt have a working turntable. Lampshades had holes in them. I think this room had a wrestling match! Sure was not a room to rent out. Needs lots of work La Quinta!!!!

The staff is wonderful. They are very friendly and helpful. I was there alone at Mayo Clinic and they made sure I got everywhere I needed to. They showed me how to get around town. Very nice people.

Close to hwy, close to businesses. Rooms were relatively clean (some minor issues need to be addressed) and comfortable. Hot breakfast was served, not just continental
