Pros:

Cleanliness was good, breakfast was ok. Would’ve liked possibly different options Rach morning.

Cons:

Was a little taken aback by having to pay a fee because we were local. I did appreciate it being refunded to us after check out, however when guests use third person apps (booking) I wish they would let customers know.

My room was comfortable and bathroom room was nice.
Pros:

The breakfast was a disappointment. Cold gravy and scrambled eggs were cold and rubbery.

Hotel was OK. Friendly staff, comfortable night's sleep but not worth the price.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful and check in was quick and easy. Bathroom countertops and shower were updated and very nice and new. Towels and bed linens were clean. Good parking in a well lit parking lot.

Cons:

The room darkening/privacy curtains were terrible in that it was not possible to close them. The track they were on only went half way across the window. You could totally see the street thru the sheer curtains and a blaring street light was right outside. We finally found a large file clip in my bag and were able to get it to stay shut. Thermostat would not work and the heating/a/c unit under the window wouldn't shut off so eventually we unplugged it. There was a definite old smell to the building/room as well. Elevator stainless steel was dirty and so was the carpet when we stepped off the elevator. I did own a cleaning company for 20 yrs so notice this easily but for the cost of the night, we have stayed in much nicer hotels. We stayed at a hotel 2 weeks prior for $20 more and it was amazing compared to this one. Breakfast was OK.

It was a quick stop half way on our trip. Convenient location.

Just okay
Cons:

Our room need a little TLC. The beds looked as if someone had laid on them. The veneer on the desk was coming off. The ironing board over needed to be replaced and the iron needed to be cleaned. There was also a crack in the window. Mold on the bottom of the shower curtain

Pros:
