Wonderful location
Pros:

The location was great. The housekeeping was pleasant. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Liked having a guard at the street level entrance. Felt safe. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee. Liked having a safe in the room. The bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. There were 4 elevators and they moved quickly. The shower was great no problem getting the temperature to warm.

Cons:

The body soap was empty in the shower when we arrived. Hard to wash your hands and face in the sink because the water flow is very minimal.

Great location but poor for a Hilton
Pros:

Great location. Modern and we'll designed.

Cons:

Dirty rooms. Noisy air conditioned. Despite having available rooms they do not let us in at 1pm. They asked for additional 75 usd. No cold water in the room, only very hot.
No streaming service on TV!

Cons:

The front desk guy who worked in the evening was NOT friendly and had an attitude. He did not have a friendly customer service personality. I was not impressed the rest of the staff was nice.

Tolles Hotel supernah am Times Square/Broadway mit klitzekleinen Abstrichen
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sensationell, nur 1 Minute Fußweg zum Times Square und den ganzen Theatern des Broadway, nur 5 Minuten zum Summit One Vanderbilt, wer also das volle New York Feeling haben will ist hier richtig. Unser Zimmer war in der 23. Etage direkt zur 42 Straße hin, die Fenster sind gut gedämmt, konnten trotz des Trubels auf der Straße gut schlafen. Das Personal am Tresen war supernett und hat uns alles in Ruhe erklärt obwohl gerade viel los war. Auch konnten wir am Abreisetag ohne Probleme unser Gepäck im Hotel lagern lassen. 12:00 Uhr war Checkout und wir haben unser Gepäck erst 18:00 Uhr abgeholt da wir einen Nacht Rückflug hatten. Auch U-Bahn Stationen gibt es jede Menge in der Nähe damit man entspannt Ausflüge Richtung Downtown oder Upper Eastside usw. unternehmen kann. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen da wir es nicht mit gebucht hatten. Sauberkeit war absolut in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die Zimmertüren der anderen Gäste waren leider sehr laut wenn sie ins Schloss gefallen sind und das Bad könnte die ein oder andere Renovierung gebrauchen aber alles noch in einem annehmbaren Zustand
