I arrived at the hotel around 3:00 AM on Sunday, August 3, and quickly realized I had left my wallet—with all my credit cards and passport- in the taxi. Joe Panarella, who was working at the front desk, immediately jumped in to help and treated the situation like it was his own problem to solve.
After several calls, he managed to reach the driver, and about 45 minutes later the taxi came back to the hotel with everything.
The stay itself was excellent, but what I’ll truly remember is Joe’s professionalism, kindness, and determination to help. I’m incredibly grateful for his support and won’t forget it.
we had a slow start in terms of satisfaction, but manager Joe Panasella sorted us out really well so pat on the back!!!

Great Location, lovely Restaurant (Pauls), morning coffee
My taps only had hot water, and I tried to get it fixed daily, to no avail.
My floor, 22nd floor was boiling hot, no aircon until you got into the room
Went on a girls trip to New York City, and found the hotel to be immaculate, clean, well maintained, and in a wonderful location! However, the best part of our stay was Michelle at the front desk. She was so professional, friendly, helpful, and amazing! She had a can-do attitude and lit up the lobby when you went to the desk. She made us feel special as she helped us with dining suggestions and with an issue we had with our hot water in our room. She offered to hold our bags while we walked around town before check-in, and truly made us feel valued and heard. We even joked with her and asked her has she ever worked for Disney because she possessed THAT level of customer service! Michelle is going places and I pray Hilton gives her all the recognition she has earned and deserves!
Great location and a very good room. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service from Manager Joe—professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His hospitality made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

I love love love Franky. He is truly the best. He walked me through my check in process after having the most difficult travel day. He is super kind and helpful. I truly want to thank him for turning my day around and making me excited for my trip again! I will definitely be back because of him.

This is a great property ar the center of it all in Times Square! Steps away from the metro and Times Square attractions! They gave me an upgrade as a diamond member to a high floor with a view of Times Square which was really cool-and even a special treat! Rooms are small but clean. Breakfast buffet is a little pricey but it’s NYC. But what set this place apart in my experience was the staff. Joe and Maria were two of the best front desk hosts at a Hilton property I’ve had in a long time. Others were good too- but I can’t remember everyone’s names! Alex was also helpful and a couple others at the front desk. Great team and wonderful standard of Hilton hospitality.
I had a wonderful experience staying at the Hilton. The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is also excellent and very convenient for visiting the city.
I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service from Íbeth at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Her attention and positive attitude truly made my stay even better.

I stay at this hotel often for work. I like it a lot as the rooms are clean, the bedding is fresh and there is a restaurant and bar that serves delicious Italian food conveniently accessible via the lobby. Another reason I love coming here is the staff, managed by Joe, who does a wonderful job, which is clear to see as everything here is handled professionally, efficiently and with a smile. I always look forward to seeing him and the other friendly staff members at check in. I have stayed at my share of midtown hotels and this is definitely one of my favorites. Finally, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the free Starbucks coffee in the lobby, which is a great perk as well. Highly recommend and book ahead of time as it sells out quickly.
