Perfect location…. Very clean. Loved the bar. Breakfast was amazing!!!!!

Cons:

Housekeeping was lazy!!!!! Did not want to grab a duvet to place on my bed after she finished making it…. She said there wasnt anymore. She lied.. I’m in hospitality myself. Had to go to the front desk to get a duvet on my bed. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable…….

Great Hotel
Pros:

I had a great experience during my recent stay. I was greeted by Franky at the reception desk, who made me feel like he was welcoming a friend. The room was clean and spacious. The location was central to Broadway shows and restaurants, as well as Bryant Park. I live on Long Island, but I was going to a show at night, and elected to stay at the hotel. I will do that again in the future. I took the LIRR in, took the subway to 42nd street, and walked one block to the hotel. Great mini vacation!

For NYC it was great to have an affortable option to allow us to enjoy our special event

Great customer service
Pros:

Michelle at the front desk was the greatest asset a company can have. She assisted me in my hour of need, (personal situation) making me feel comfortable and aware that she could help, and she did. Her uncanny ability to assure people that she is there to help , makes clients come back. It was nothing financial but stressful to me and my wife. Outstanding asset to your company, and I hope this gets to her, as was the greatest of help, making me a long term Hilton customer.

Exactly what you expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. Easy stay in the heart of Manhattan.
Pros:

Location, quiet, clean room. Cool side view of Times Square

Cons:

The tv wasn’t hooked up and I had to figure that out. Very basic, cookie cutter place.
