LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT, AND THE SERVICE WAS TOO.

The location could not be better, close to Time Square, Broadway and all the subway lines. We have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn before so we knew the room would be small. The room and the bathroom were well equipped and comfortable. We were on the 22nd floor and there was no noise from the street. The weather was freezing and we had the air conditioning on all night. Luckily the air conditioning is relatively quiet and did not interfere with our sleep. The staff were very friendly and efficient. There is a restaurant/bar on-site which is convenient.
The reception area is not at entrance level. You have to go up one floor. Also, there is no place to sit and wait for a transport pick-up.
Overall great experience. Check in and out was easy. The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean. The food at the onsite restaurant was delicious. I think the young lady's name is Amina. She was a great waitress and very nice. This hotel was in a convenient location walking distance to everything. There is a parking garage 2 minutes away as well. We also had a great view of the city from our room. I will definitely be staying here again and recommending.
First let me say the staff at this location are all friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Jbeth and G were so nice to my son and acknowledged his 16th birthday! The rooms were bigger than past rooms I've stayed at while visiting the city so I, personally, was very happy with the room size. The room did have a slight odor but I always come prepared because I know it can be difficult to manage with so many people in and out of a room. Good hot water in our shower which is always a plus for me. Our rooms were cleaned well daily with stock items replenished. We didn't get our bottle waters as a Hilton Honors but it was no biggie. The hotel location is also a plus as it's steps from Bryant Park and Times Square and walking distance to many attractions. We also loved that this was one of the Big Bus stops as we used the bus during our stay. I will be recommending this hotel to family and friends.
This hotel is a gem because of their employees! Let me tell you about one ray of sunshine that made my trip! Michelle!!!Michelle has a rare gift. From the very first moment, she makes you feel like you’ve known her for years, not as a customer, but as a friend. She is genuinely kind, incredibly helpful, and effortlessly warm, the kind of person who makes everything feel easier just by being there. Nothing ever feels forced or transactional. Her care and attention feel real and personal. By the end of the experience, you don’t feel like you’re leaving a service. You feel like you’re leaving family. Michelle is truly amazing, and she turns a great experience into an unforgettable one.
When I tell you that I’ve never had a more helpful and knowledgeable staff at a hotel ever, I mean that. I’ve spent years traveling for work and I’ve never had a group of people work harder to make sure that my stay was perfect and I had no hiccups like these people. Ibeth, Daysi, and Joe spent a large chunk of time working with me to solve a problem and never once had a bad attitude about it or make it seem like I was a problem or an inconvenience. Jack with engineering and Diana with housekeeping came immediately to my room to fix a couple issues with the tv and make sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. And Christopher was a huge help at check in. I don’t know that I’ll stay anywhere else just because of how good these people treated me. On a really bad travel day, these people were a blessing. Thank you to the staff here!
During check in we requested all 3 rooms to be on the same floor. This was accommodated and we were told there was 1 room with a king and 2 rooms with queens. When we got to our rooms they were very small. We went back down to request our original rooms we booked and we were treated with a very disrespectful individual with an attitude. Rooms were fixed and our new room was a little bigger with a nice view of the city.
On the day of checkout our flight was cancelled and we spoke with the front desk about extending our stay. The lady who assisted us, Michelle, was amazing! She was the only one working the desk and she handled every single person waiting in line. Her attitude and personality are what I would expect at a hotel. Michelle deserves a huge shoutout and a pay raise!
The thermostat broke but maintenance guy on the elevator was very helpful and quickly fixed for us
The phone in room did not work, no room service Menu.
The average breakfast which is normally cheap was 25 per person.
Dinner was over $200 but was delicious
O tamanho é o conforto
The hotel is right on time square and close to multiple subway lines and a close walk to Central Park, Rockefeller, Bryant park and The Empire State Building for a good cost. You also can’t hear the city to much from inside the rooms were quite. Rooms were clean and everyone was very nice especially Ibeth at the front desk was very nice and helpful when our flight was canceled and helped extend our stay.
Just checked in this hotel after a long day and the front desk staff Ariel is amazingly kind and friendly. She helped me and family and made us smile. Joe was also a big help and down to earth friendly. Will definitely be back for my next trip to New York.
Our family is from out of town, and our stay at this hotel was memorable. The central location of the hotel was wonderful. We were able to walk to fantastic restaurants, shopping venues and tourist attractions like Broadway, Times Square and Madame Tussauds. The front office staff was very knowledgeable in pointing out tourist attractions. My teenage children loved the free Wifi, and we all appreciated the clean room with a great view.
We also enjoyed dining at the hotel restaurant, Paul's and being able to visit the 24 hour Pavilion Pantry for early morning and late night snacks. The fitness center was great too. I highly recommend this hotel for your next NYC visit.
Conveniently close to Time Square
Everything was excellent but those big Windows in the bathroom are better enjoyed in warm weather .
Michelle at the front desk made our trip so pleasant. She help us with our luggage and gave us great information. Our rooms were perfect and my son was 2 doors down. Perfect location in times square. I would stay again with missing Michelle help!
