Nice large apartment with a great location to the beach. Dated furnishings that could use more functional pieces such as a luggage rack and bathroom bench/ stool, hooks. The side road is noisy with truck deliveries. The owner provides quick responses and is accommodating.
The water in the shower was scorching hot couldn’t take a shower for 2 days until it was fixed. There was no body wash or hand soap. No coffee make did not work we had to buy coffee at Starbucks. Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Will not be back
Brunch had very limited menu.
Took forever to get bath robes after we ordered them. More than 40 min
The hotel, room, and location are quite nice.
The things that I didn’t like:
Wild Thyme restaurant in the hotel has TERRIBLE food and less than satisfactory service. The hotel seems to be a “luxury” location, but the restaurant does not come anywhere close to this description. We ate breakfast and the eggs were made from powder, the potatoes frozen, and the bacon cooked on a tray in the oven. Institutional food served with a bare minimum effort. The waitress seemed to be in quite a hurry when taking our order, but didn’t come by for a coffee refill or to check on our food until we were almost done. The bill was much too high for the quality of the food and service. Gratuity was also added with no option to not add a tip.
The people at the front desk also need some remedial training in proper customer service. One example is when I was doing business at the desk and the young lady proceeded to assist the next 2 customers before I had a chance to conclude my business.
Towels, chairs, and waters were to be provided by the hotel at the beach. Towels had run out and no efforts were made in a 3 hour period to provide them for guests. We were also overcharged when we rented an umbrella at the beach.
Valet parking was mandatory with an additional $55/ night fee that was not mentioned when placing the reservation.
One highlight amongst the staff was Luis. He was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay.
If it wasn't for the bed being like cement, it would be excellent. Room did show some decent wear that may be time to replace some items. Great access to beach and restaurants. Friendly staff.

The lobby bar was very slow. For food orders and drink orders. 3 days in a row, just slow. Not very attentive.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Atlantic spa resort. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with faculty was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free.

Amazing view and great location
We used valet parking at the hotel. When we went to check out they lost our key. We were set to leave at take off at 6am. We had to uber to the airport and deal with finding the keys and reimbursements for the next few days. They did make it right and reimburse use and return the car. And stay at the hotel was fine. Just a bad experience unfortunately.
We love this property and stay here multiple times a year. This particular room we got this time was very poorly stocked. Unlike every other time we’ve stayed here the kitchen (which we use a lot over a week to 3 week stay) had no toaster and limited utensils. And 1 travel size shampoo and conditioner for 8 days then. $3. Charge per extra toiletry is insane. (I forgot mine at home) Glad there is a CVS was right down the street to stock up.
