Pros:

Hotel très bien entretenu et propre. Beaux équipements, super rapport qualité prix. Piscine, salle de sport impeccable, personnel sympathique

Cons:

Un peu excentré mais le grab n'est vraiment pas cher, cela va vite. On peut manger à côté dans la rue, la matin par exemple

Nous avons séjourné plus d’une semaine dans cet hôtel avec ma femme et notre bébé de 10 mois, et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, impeccablement propres et très confortables. Le service est irréprochable : le personnel est toujours accueillant, disponible et professionnel. L’hôtel est idéalement situé et offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Nous souhaitons remercier tout particulièrement Mohamed, à la réception, pour son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et son sens du service. Il a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable.

Cons:

Le seul véritable point négatif concerne certains touristes chinois qui ont été particulièrement bruyants et ne respectaient pas les autres clients. Plus grave encore, plusieurs fumaient dans leur chambre malgré l’interdiction. À cause du système de ventilation, la fumée se propageait dans les chambres voisines, y compris la nôtre, pratiquement tout au long de notre séjour. Avec un bébé de 10 mois, cette situation était non seulement extrêmement désagréable, mais aussi préoccupante pour sa santé.


Nous avons signalé ce problème à plusieurs reprises. Le personnel s’est montré compréhensif et manifestement gêné par la situation, en nous indiquant qu’il s’agissait d’un problème récurrent. Il nous a également expliqué que, malgré les remontées faites, la direction ne souhaitait pas mettre en place de mesures pour y remédier.

C’est vraiment dommage, car il suffirait d’installer des détecteurs de fumée ou des détecteurs de cigarettes dans chaque chambre afin que le personnel soit immédiatement alerté lorsqu’une personne fume. Une telle mesure améliorerait considérablement le confort et la sécurité de l’ensemble des clients.

Malgré ce point noir, notre expérience reste très positive et nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour.

Район тихий, много кафе, рядом торговый центр , там много кафешек, голодными не останетесь) В следующий раз обязательно приедем сюда, кстати никаких залогов не было! В прошлом году имели печальный опыт проживания в аппартаментах, грязно, протекал кран, тараканы пробегали периодически…
