Cons:

El aire acondicionado no abastecía lo suficiente, creo que tendría que ser de mayor capacidad ya que le da el sol de la mañana directo a la ventana. No nos avisaron que el papel del estacionamiento debía estar sellado y tuve que volver para pedir el sello.
