Second time staying here. Love the location - relatively quiet, in a residential area, but close to bus/tram stations. The rooms are so quaint and beautiful decorated with artworks, chandeliers and trompe l’oeil ceilings. Clémence is really kind and welcoming. Had a great time.

Excellent location near the port, very nice hosts, spacious room and bathroom, beautiful villa
No coffee machine (as it was mentioned in the description), the furniture may need a little refurbishment or renewal, the blanket not really looking well
The property was spotless and well-equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Although it isn’t located in the most central area, the nearest port is within walking distance, and there are convenient bus connections nearby. Once you get familiar with the area and transport options, getting around is quite easy.
One thing to keep in mind is that this is a very quiet property. Because of this, I would not particularly recommend it for families with young children, as noise may disturb other guests who are looking for a peaceful environment.
The studio was located in the attic, which tended to get quite warm during the day. I would have preferred a standard room, but those were available at a higher price. That said, this was only a minor inconvenience, and everything else about the stay was excellent.
The House and Courtyard are charming. Our room on the first floor has a modern kitchenette and was adequately equipped for breakfast. Rafael is very professional. He communicated before we arrived and then greeted us at our arrival and when we departed. Nice touch! Wifi reliable, A/C worked well. Bed comfortable enough. Quiet.
Our room we had could use an update: a fresh coat of paint, comfortable chairs, and a new bed/mattress and linens. Then it’ll match the modern kitchenette. These few tweaks will do wonders for an already charming space.

Прекрасное расположение, до моря можно добраться пешком за несколько минут, а до всех городских достопримечательностей - за 10 минут на машине или менее, чем за пол часа пешком. Совсем рядом с виллой есть прекрасная пекарня, в которой можно отлично позавтракать.
Beautiful villa, very comfortable accomodation, great neighbourhood. Everything we expected and more. Our host Christian was very charming, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
The property is centrally located within walking distance to most of Nice landmarks and attractions, it is also convenient to stay with the car since paid parking in the available on the private street.the villa is the landmark by itself, gives you a feeling of the life in Nice during Belle Époque era. The owners/hosts are very nice, polite and helpful people.

Sehr hochpreisig dafür recht klein. Möbel nicht komfortabel ( uralter Sessel, Stühle draußen ohne sitzkissen, keine richtige Bettdecke).
Sisäänkirjautumiseen tuli selkeät ohjeet whatsappiin. Sijainti sataman ja raitiovaunun päätepysäkin lähellä oli mainio ja bussipysäkkikin oli aivan villan vieressä. Clemence antoi hyviä vinkkejä ja auttoi pyöränvuokrauksessa. Huoneisto oli tilava, keittiö riittävä ja näkymät pieneen puutarhaan kivat.
Sänky oli aika kova ja peitto ohut.

A little dated, no cleaning service or shampoo/conditioner. Shower curtain displayed signs of mold.
La posizione è fantastica e la villa d'epoca ti fa vivere il soggiorno a Nizza ancora con più fascino. Nella camera abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Molto contenti anche della pulizia
The owner Clemence was fantastic and very helpful. The apartment had a lovely small balcony high ceilings 10’ doors with a beautiful trompe d’oiel and chandelier. Great small kitchen and large bath. We are in a few times and had breakfast there every day! Comfortable bed and well set up.Lovely Belle Epoche building with great features , well maintained. It is close to the Port and old Nice was convenient to walk.
It is right on the man road, the highway ( Basse Cornishe) in a busy part of town so very noisy even though we had windows towards the garden . So if you are a light sleeper as I am it might not be for you.I got bitten by some mosquitos at night as there are no screens just shutters and we kept the the windows open. ( my fault really!) Even with windows closed though and ac on it was not peaceful for me. Nice in general is a very busy place which I didn’t like very much as we come from a quiet place close to nature. But to each his own!
