Comme a la maison , confort et propriété
Pros:

Parfait comme toujours
Très bel endroit , facile d'accès , plage et ballade a deux pas tout de fait a pieds jusqu au centre ville et même au château
Sinon les trams dont a 8 mn à pieds
Très propre
Le jardin est très agréable et l'ensemble de la villa a du cachet
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles, discrets et ils aiment leur ville

Great place to stay for vacation
Pros:

Great place to stay for a vacation. Not too far (20 minutes pleasant walk) from the old city center. Very friendly host, family run, always ready to help.

Cons:

Toilet flush tank did not have enough force and refill took very long time.
No coat hanging and seating possibility at the room entrance (did not bother my family though)

Kaunis huvila ja ihana puutarha. Huoneen kylpyhuone oli erittäinen hienosti uusittu ja keittiö oli toimiva. Makuuhuone oli suuri ja sisustettu vanhoilla ja aika kuluneilla huonekaluilla. Kotoisa, rento tunnelma. Omistajat oikein mukavia. Sijainti loistava.

Beautiful old Villa in excellent location near Port Lympia. Safe and peaceful neighborhood. Short walk to closest beach, Port Lympia, tramline and grocery store. Bakery cafeteria only few steps from Villa Leonie. Also bus stop (line 600) to Monaco - Menton right in front of the building.

Pros:

We hebben voorafgaand aan onze reis een duidelijke en vriendelijke uitleg met foto’s van Clémence ontvangen, wat direct een goed gevoel gaf. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk verwelkomd. We kregen fijne tips, zowel over bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving als over de dichtstbijzijnde bakker en supermarkt.
De kamer was schoon, licht en het bed was comfortabel. De villa is prachtig en de eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en betrokken. De locatie vonden we ideaal: dichtbij de zee, het vliegveld, mooie wandelroutes en Monaco.
We hebben hier met veel plezier verbleven en raden het zeker aan!

Patrimony of Nice and great location
Pros:

The proximity to the Nice harbour and public transport meant there were never troubles to get to destinations during our stay. We spent much time in the room, which was spacious and light too. We were always glad to return after trips and excursions. The emphasis on the patrimony of the house is very valuable and helped us connect to Nice. Merci à Clemence and all the staff!

Cons:

It was colder than expected during our stay. The arrangements are not typical hotel in Villa Leonie, which is just fine!

Villa Léonie przerosła moje oczekiwania. To coś więcej niż tylko villa. To francuski charakter który pokochasz od pierwszego momentu. Cudowna Clemence, która sprawia, że czujesz się jak w rodzinnym domu i dba o wszystkie Twoje potrzeby. Doskonała lokalizacja, bardzo blisko portu i wszystko co potrzeba pod ręką. Już odliczam dni do powrotu do Nicei i z pewnością kolejny raz wrócę do Villa Leonie!

Beautiful old building with "Nice" charm. Half an hour walking distance to the old town area and car parking available inside gated street area. Beach and harbour area within 15 min walking. Excellent romantic place for those who like oldish luxury Villa style.

Visitare Nizza senza stare in mezzo alla movida
Pros:

bella location in villa sita in uno splendido quartiere residenziale a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico con giardino privato molto bello e tranquillo. Il mare è a due minuti a piedi ma la promenade con le spiagge tipiche di Nizza sono a 10 minuti. Nelle vicinanze c'è tutto il necessario per una vacanza; bar, ristoranti, supermercati.
La nostra stanza era ampia e pulita.
Molto disponibile la titolare.

Cons:

Una "rimodernata" al bagno sarebbe gradita ma niente di particolarmente negativo.
