Villa Léonie przerosła moje oczekiwania. To coś więcej niż tylko villa. To francuski charakter który pokochasz od pierwszego momentu. Cudowna Clemence, która sprawia, że czujesz się jak w rodzinnym domu i dba o wszystkie Twoje potrzeby. Doskonała lokalizacja, bardzo blisko portu i wszystko co potrzeba pod ręką. Już odliczam dni do powrotu do Nicei i z pewnością kolejny raz wrócę do Villa Leonie!

bella location in villa sita in uno splendido quartiere residenziale a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico con giardino privato molto bello e tranquillo. Il mare è a due minuti a piedi ma la promenade con le spiagge tipiche di Nizza sono a 10 minuti. Nelle vicinanze c'è tutto il necessario per una vacanza; bar, ristoranti, supermercati.
La nostra stanza era ampia e pulita.
Molto disponibile la titolare.

Beautiful old building with "Nice" charm. Half an hour walking distance to the old town area and car parking available inside gated street area. Beach and harbour area within 15 min walking. Excellent romantic place for those who like oldish luxury Villa style.

The villa is gorgeous and highlights were the garden and location.

Старый особняк , возможность парковки , очень душевные владельцы , всегда на связи , отвечают на все вопросы , тихо , соседей не слышно , улица не сильно мешает , есть кухня , большой номер , ставни нужно открывать иначе очень темно

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war absolut ideal: Bäckereien, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Studio bot eine angenehme Größe, und die Küchenzeile war überraschend geräumig. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Nizza werden wir definitiv wieder hier buchen.

Amazing beautiful old villa in a vintage style, every detail has its own history. Private and gated street of villas. I really enjoyed our room with a garden view and balcony. The paintings and high ceilings- admirable. Our dog was also welcomed with kindness. The location is perfect, it’s close to old town and nearest beach on the rocks (but we loved them). The owner of the villa is very nice and caring.

It was such a dream stay! The property is stunning. I felt like I a princess, it’s truly such a different experience. I would recommend it to everyone. And it’s a change from a classic hotel. Clémence and Anahi were both so helpful and kind. They gave me great recommendations and were available on WhatsApp at all times. The property is very well kept and in a safe location. Super quick walk to the beach, nearby supermarket, dock and restaurants.

Magnifique maison de famille très bien située et accueil chaleureux de Clémence qui a été aux petits soins pour nous! Un séjour parfait !

The location was excellent, 10 minute walk to the old city , 5 minutes to the beach.
The property did represent good value.
The bathroom was very nicely finished off and there were lovely French doors that opened from the bedroom and bathroom
Room was spacious

Quiet and safe area, connected to lots of means of transportation. There is a bus station right in front of the property, from which you can even take a ride to Monaco.

Clemence is a very friendly host! We had a great stay :)

Nice big suite, high ceilings & large balcony.

The property is close to tramway stop from airport and just next to 600bus to Menton/monaco. Spacious room, lovely garden, fully enclosed private gate and really friendly host, got everything you need for a vacation in Nice. Highly recommended!
