Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Waterfront hotel with a nice bike/walking trail. I met some nice people around the fire pit. They have a beautiful pool also. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of the town which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Cons:

I told the man at the reception desk that my room needed a new mattress. I’m sure it was years old because as soon as I laid down on it, I sunk down about 4 inches. And yes, I am of average weight. Also, asked about the bikes on the property. You can rent them, but I feel that they should be for free for what you pay for the room. Maybe somebody just wants to take a ride for an hour and come back or take them out for the day. I just feel that all the bikes were just sitting here when people could be riding them. I heard other people discussing that also. I’d also like to see some type of soap and shampoo dish in the shower. I thought the grounds could be kept in better shape. Overall, I always love staying there. It’s quiet and out-of-the-way. I stay there a couple times a year.

The is a great place to stay! We will e back.
Pros:

The hotel was a two minute or so to the beach. We could see the ocean from our room. The lawn was beautifully accented with trees, shrub, and flowers.

Beautiful location on the beach. Really comfy beds. Relaxing atmosphere

Cons:

No microwave in the room. You had to use the one in the lobby. No shelves in the shower for shampoo, conditioner, razors. Had to leave them on the floor

Incredible grounds and view. Musty dirty rooms.
Pros:

The view, pool, and location were top notch. The beach was incredible and so beautiful. The staff were nice.

Cons:

The room was VERY dirty. It needs a major upgrade. The flooring was gross and the carpet smelled really bad. We kept opening the door to air it out. Overall it really needs a facelift in the rooms.
