The front desk clerk was exceptionally helpful during my check in. She went out of her way to make sure that I was taken care of.

The state was nice a service purpose. Last day of stay there, the maid didn’t clean our room nor make the beds or replen

In my above statement
Pros:

All the stuff from the front desk stuff to cleaning and Tech was very professional and courtesy I will stay there again and have my family members from out of town stay at this hotel because of the cleanliness and the great stuff it has.

Overall pleasant stay, would stay again.
Pros:

Staff professional and friendly. Room was clean and bed very comfortable.
Equipped and welcoming message on T.V. was a nice touch.
The dining area was clean and variety of breakfast options was a welcomed addition.
The shop for additional snacks, drinks and food items was also stocked well.

Cons:

The bathroom shower need a little more attention to grout area, resurfacing the floor and change the direction on the water lever (cold was hot and vice versa). Overall appearance was decent and stocked with enough towels and shower supplies if needed.

Cons:

Checked and was given room 210. Room was absolutely pure filth and was never cleaned. A huge pile of kitty litter on floor, hair all over pillows and sheets on the bed. Bugs on the bed, something smeared on the headboard, the photos speak for themselves. Absolutely disgusting.
