Great location and value, but some cleanliness issues
Pros:

Very friendly staff always willing to assist.
Very good location, short walk to both the sky rail and the subway. 5 minute walk any direction will take you to bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.
Good sized rooms.
Good value
Large bottles of water provided every day

Cons:

Breakfast was very basic
No hand soap provided in rooms? Weird you have to buy your own. Low quality shampoos and body wash provided as well.
I had ants in my room. Not many, but they were there every day.

10 times a winner.
Pros:

My go to hotel in Bangkok! Been here at least 10 times now. Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Great location(walking distance to Asok BTS, Sukhumvit MRT, Emsphere, Terminal 21). Just away just enough from the main road that you get privacy and peace as well. Headed back there for my 3rd stay of the year in less than a month. Can't wait!

Blisko do metra, czysto i nowocześnie. Super cena i super jakość naprawdę polecam!

Cons:

W jednym z pokoi co chwilę rozładowywała się karta i troszkę śmierdziało z klimatyzacji.

Pros:

Location- close to Skytrain station, silent neighborhood. Swimming pool was as on pics.

Cons:

It requires renovation-you can see it on walls, bathroom.

Overall very good stay! Would recommend for anyone visiting Bangkok
Pros:

The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was excellent—very close to transportation. Breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, and the pool was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a great experience!

Cons:

Right next to Soi Cowboy, so expect lots of nightlife and quite a few older men around, especially in the evenings.
