Pros:

All terrible - it is nothing like it shows and is awful location premises staff = 1 person, wrong level room. Everything was terrible scary and spookily empty - rough rooms, no ability to get drinks or food when we arrived and the morning no sign of breakfast paid for or not! Really bad place so we left and were unable to make ourselves understood to say why as language barrier. We moved to a much better place but in booking dot com.

Disappointing
Pros:

The location is near where we have our event. So easier for us to travel. Taxi is available. Reception helped us book taxis.

Cons:

The rooms are not as clean as it should be. There is always lacking in the basic things that is expected...like towels...coffee...mugs.

Overall a good hotel to stay in.
Pros:

Room was spacious (we booked junior suite), neat and clean . Bathrooms were also well fitted and functional. The fridge was large. Beds were comfortable. Small balcony with rack to dry clothes was helpful. Hotel was value for money.

Cons:

Not all rooms had a great view. Some rooms face the breakfast building. Restaurant is only for breakfast. You have to depend on outside restaurants for lunch and dinner (though the small hole in the wall next to the hotel served excellent food). Water beyond what is kept in the room is to be paid for (better to buy from 7-11 next door). Swimming pool is small and since it had rained in the previous night, it was full of leaves and dust.

It was a wonderful, quiet calm area to stay to spend a lovely holiday.
