I will never use this property ever. I want to warn other trusting travelers.
Pros:

I paid a four- to five-star price for what turned out to be a one-star experience — more comparable to a roadside motel than a hotel. The property was essentially an officetel marketed as a hotel. The only redeeming quality was its location in a lively college town, but that alone did not justify the cost.
The housekeeping policy was unnecessarily complicated and never explained at check-in. I only learned about the green and yellow card system — which signals whether your room should be cleaned — after asking the housekeeping staff directly. The cards were tucked out of sight near the TV, making them nearly impossible to find without prior knowledge.
As a Korean speaker, I navigated this with some difficulty. I can only imagine how disorienting this experience must be for international guests, especially when comparable hotels in Seoul at similar price points are typically four- or five-star properties.
I am left wondering whether I was misled by the hotel's own marketing, or whether Booking.com itself was given inaccurate information about this property. Either way, the experience was deeply disappointing.

Cons:

Everything — the room, the lobby, the elevator. The entire property felt dark and unwelcoming, typical of a budget officetel building rather than an upstanding hotel. It was simply not worth the price I paid.

Хороший номер, вежливый и ответственный персонал, рядом метро и автобусы, месторасположение хорошее.
