Zona sinchon è carina, a 25min a piedi da hongdae. L'unica cosa utile è la lavatrice che lava e asciuga ma a due passi dell'hotel ce ne è un'altra. Stanza luminosa. Comodino con presa e presa usb vicino a letto

Le foto non rispecchiano la realtà, la mia stanza sembrava più piccola e ho chiesto gentilmente se fosse giusta e la signora alla reception ha alzato gli occhi al cielo, sbuffando davanti a me, ero senza parole. Non sono professionali, non ha mai sorriso. Non parlava nemmeno una frase in inglese.
Non vale 122 euro a notte. Non è pulito bene, la cucina era un po sporca, olio incrostato. Il bagno anche, piccolo. Non c'è nessun kit, solo body wash e shampoo. Non cè uno specchio grande per vedersi bene. È pieno di mobili ma non c'è una scrivania. Il phon era attaccato al bagno che è piccolo e va lentissimo. Il letto era super scomodo, ho sempre avuto problemi lombari. Il letto si affossa, non è duro. I cuscini piccoli e cosi morbidi che ti svegli con il mal di collo. La mattina presto vieni svegliato perche chi fa le pulizie fa un rumore pazzesco, oppure la notte da altri rumori visto che ribomba tutto. La stanza è datata. Non ci sono accapatoi

駅に近く、またOlive YoungやBHCチキンなど、とにかくいろいろなお店が徒歩圏にあって
とても便利でした。フロントのスタッフの方々が親切でした。

Cons:

部屋が思ったよりも狭かったですが、清潔で使いやすかったです。洗濯機や冷蔵庫、ポットなど設備が充実していました。

I will never use this property ever. I want to warn other trusting travelers.
Pros:

I paid a four- to five-star price for what turned out to be a one-star experience — more comparable to a roadside motel than a hotel. The property was essentially an officetel marketed as a hotel. The only redeeming quality was its location in a lively college town, but that alone did not justify the cost.
The housekeeping policy was unnecessarily complicated and never explained at check-in. I only learned about the green and yellow card system — which signals whether your room should be cleaned — after asking the housekeeping staff directly. The cards were tucked out of sight near the TV, making them nearly impossible to find without prior knowledge.
As a Korean speaker, I navigated this with some difficulty. I can only imagine how disorienting this experience must be for international guests, especially when comparable hotels in Seoul at similar price points are typically four- or five-star properties.
I am left wondering whether I was misled by the hotel's own marketing, or whether Booking.com itself was given inaccurate information about this property. Either way, the experience was deeply disappointing.

Cons:

Everything — the room, the lobby, the elevator. The entire property felt dark and unwelcoming, typical of a budget officetel building rather than an upstanding hotel. It was simply not worth the price I paid.
