Pros:

A great place to stay if bicycling! Room had enough space for our tandem bicycle. Food was fine. Didn’t try the pools but there were others that seemed to enjoy them. Parking is a bit tight in evenings. Nightly entertainment

Pros:

Quiet, peaceful. Small, although probably bigger than it seemed as so widely spaced out. Several pools and plenty of loungers. Places to play some sports were dotted all over the place, but subtle. There was evening entertainment- not my thing- it could be heard but unobtrusive. Our room had a great sea view and beautiful sea breeze. The room was perfect. Very clean, quite large and a good balcony.

Pros:

Location not great. It’s approx 2.5k from the main port. You’ll need a car or the patience of a saint waiting for the buses which I never found ran according to the timetable. It was €3 per person for a single into the port. €9 single for all 3 of us, followed by another €o to get back. €18 each time we wanted to go into the main port. If you walk it, you risk a dark main road without pavement for most of the trek. Taxi’s we’re overrun, need to wait 40-50mins for one.

If the restaurant and buffet on site were better then we may have been happier to eat on site more often.

Rooms were basic but offered amenities you wanted. They weld the door key to the air con card to prevent you from keeping the air conditioning on while you’re not in the room. The efficiency of the air con wasn’t great so it took a long while to cool the room.

Front door has a large blurred window resulting the room being fully lit up first thing in the morning.

Pros:

Flott hotell som vi har vært på 10 ganger før. Hyggelig personale og fine ute og inne områder. Dessverre litt tekniske problemer på rommet slik som aircondition som ikke virker og dør som var vanskelig å låse og få opp igjen . Men ellers alt veldig bra.

All staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Food quality was good and choices were varied. Pools were beautiful and extremely clean. Hotel is extremely family and children friendly.

Sehr nettes Personal. Hotel trotz der Nähe zur Landstraße sehr ruhig zwischen Alcúdia und Port de Pollença gelegen und gut erreichbar. Zimmer sind einer 4* Sterne Bewertung entsprechend.

Pros:

An amazing hotel, with excellent staff. Cant fault anything about our stay. Any problems we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The location is about a 25 minute walk into Pollenca Port town , but we enjoyed the ride on bikes, which you can hire from the hotel. It is very cycle and scooter friendly with seperate lanes just for walkers and cyclists. Room was spotless, and cleaned regularly. The gym and spa are great (adults only). I miss the place already! Food also very good standard! well done all around.

Staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived (earlier than specified check-in) to when we left (much later than check-out). The room was clean, light, airy and spacious with regular cleaning throughout the week. It was always possible to find a quiet spot to read or sunbathe, but the bus stop was at the edge of the property so easy to get to Alcudia or Puerto Pollensa too. Evening entertainment was varied and good quality, along with the food. We'd definitely go back.
