A great choice for water sports enthusiasts
Pros:

The location is excellent for water sports, with several schools nearby offering windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUP, and other activities. The coastline has consistently good windy conditions, making it an ideal destination for these sports.

Having a rental car is recommended. Public transport is available but less convenient, and the hotel offers plenty of parking spaces.

The air conditioning was outstanding. We stayed in a two-room suite, and both rooms had their own AC output, which kept the entire suite comfortably cool even during very hot weather. This is something many hotels don't get right.

The pools are well maintained and enjoyable. Although there is no direct access to an official beach, it is still possible to swim in the sea right next to the hotel, and the water is beautiful.

There are also many excellent restaurants within a short drive in both Alcúdia and Port de Pollença.

Cons:

The biggest downside was the sunbed situation. Although the hotel has a policy against reserving sunbeds with towels, it is not enforced. At around 9:00 a.m., I counted roughly 70 sunbeds already "reserved" with towels while only three people were actually at the pool, making it difficult for other guests to find a place.

The breakfast buffet was decent, with a reasonable variety, although it was exactly the same every day. The dinner buffet was disappointing, with below-average food quality and a limited selection.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, but the billing process was unnecessarily complicated. Instead of combining charges, the hotel processed multiple separate transactions for the tourist tax, meal plan, bar deposit, towel deposit, and even a deposit for borrowing ping-pong equipment. It felt inconvenient and unnecessarily cumbersome.

Acceptable, but there’s space for improvements.
Pros:

Lots of parking, fun evening activities, and a great staff! Breakfast is nice. If you want a hotel where you can spend your whole vacation just hanging out on the property (I don’t know why would you do that, having the beautiful, warm sea right next door), this is the place for you.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the noise in the evenings was quite disruptive. I understand it's a family-oriented hotel, but loud music until 11 PM feels like a bit much. It would be better to utilize the great, spacious bar area for guests who wish to stay up late. The sound insulation is also an issue—we could loudly hear the plumbing whenever neighbors showered or flushed their toilets.

Pros:

Simpatia dos colaboradores, excelente estado de conservação da infraestrutura no geral, pequeno almoço e jantar (em regime de meia pensão) com boa qualidade/variedade.

Cons:

O jantar do regime de meia pensão não dá direito a uma bebida que seja (água incluído) no mínimo poderiam incluir uma bebida por pessoa (não alcoolico). Embora o problema esteja nas pessoas, mas há já muitos anos que não encontrava um resort em que se permite "reservar" com a toalha as hamacas junto à piscina (lamentável, às 09 da manhã, 2 pessoas na piscina e todas as hamacas "reservadas").

Excellent Hotel, quite location, clean, and good breakfast.
Pros:

When we arrived we were allowed to use the serivces even though we were early and could not check in yet. Staff were all lovely and the room we had was amazing 6308. I think being in the block over the road was better after initially thinking we would be worse off. Hotel has several pools over the property which means we could always get a sunbed. I hate it when people block out beds they don't use, but you do not need to that here. Breakfast was really good, we did not eat dinner here though.

Cons:

The Gym and spa is not part of the hotel and the gym did not open till 8am which is late for us as we like to get up and get out for the day. We went in the heat wave so earlier the better also. I think on the basis we would not stay here again, if you are not a gym person this is a great hotel though.

Pros:

Struttura rilassante e pulita. Molto valida la prima colazione e anche la cena, entrambe a buffet. Ottima posizione per esplorare le spiagge del nord est, in particolare formentor.

Cons:

Non è proprio vicinissima a Port de pollenca, ed è su una strada statale non proprio illuminatissima. Bisogna spostarsi o in bus o con macchina solo per pochi minuti.

Etwas für die gesamte Familie
Pros:

Die Anlage war sehr schön und vielfältig. Man merkt direkt, dass an die gesamte Familie gedacht wurde. Uns haben die flacheren Pools und der Fußballplatz sehr gut gefallen.

Das Essen beim Poolrestaurant war abwechslungsreich und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Cons:

Die Schalldämmung: Die Fenster sind vermeintlich zu, man hört aber alles so, als ob es ob sie offen wären. Hier könnte man mit Dichtungen vielleicht nachbessern.

Wir haben etwas auf dem Zimmer vergessen. Trotz mehrfacher Rückfrage, haben wir keine brauchbare Antwort erhalten.
