Cons:

El aire acondicionado no se puede quitar ni modificar a 22 grados siempre… aún espero el calentador o mantas que me dijo el personal de recepción que me llevaría.
La cama es una tabla súper dura y el check-in para un hotel tan grande creo que es muy tarde.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, sauber und leise. Das Frühstück war einfach grandios - man konnte sogar „pierogi“ frühstücken - einfach klasse!
Die Lage ist großartig - Bahnhof und Sehenswürdigkeiten befanden sich in der Nähe und zu Fuß zu erreichen.

I have never encountered such disorganization in a hotel of this level. For this price, I will definitely choose a different hotel next time, and I will not be returning to this one.

The staff are untrained and unprofessional. It is unclear who is even at the reception, and no one is able to provide proper answers or assistance. At one point, reception staff were even making comments about the size of my car without having any real understanding of it. Overall, the attitude felt careless and dismissive.
