Pros:

Muy buena ubicación.
Salas comunes con lavandería gratuita.
Habitación amplia, la ducha algo incómoda al mojar todo el baño, pero sin problema

Cons:

Deberían mostrar algo más de atención en la limpieza. Llamas para que limpien la habitación durante la estancia y lo único que hacen es cambiarte las sábanas.

Pros:

設備や部屋の説明がとても丁寧で、フロントの人も優しくて愛想がいいです！
部屋もこじんまりしていますが必要なものは全て揃っていますし、プライベートも守られていて過ごしやすかったです。

Cons:

22-23時頃は観光客が帰ってくる時間なのか、まあまあ騒がしくなります。ドアが薄いのか隙間があるのか、上下階の踊り場、エレベーターの音は聞こえます。

Posizione top. Ottimo qualità/prezzo
Pros:

Siamo stati 4 notti. La posizione è eccezionale. C'è tutto (zona breakfast, lavanderia, etc). Praticamente non c'è personale e si fa tutto in autonomia. Camere un po' piccole ma più che sufficienti.

В целом жить комфортно
Pros:

Уютная комната, светлая, тёплая, большое окно😍
Ванная маленькая: унитаз+душ.
Когда ходишь в душ приходиться потом вытирать все вокруг и мыть сантехнику, потому что душ не отделен и заливает все вокруг.
Я знаю что в Корее -это норма такие душевые, поэтому меня это не напрягало.
Интернет работает отлично во всем отеле.
Есть кухня, прачечная и сушка на В1
Там бесплатно сахар, масло, вода и порошок для стирки.
Локация отличная рядом ресторанчики, много достопримечательностей.
Мне было комфортно жить в отеле, но есть и минусы.

Cons:

⚠️В номере тапочки старые, многоразовые, я боялась их надевать, купила себе в дайсо новые резиновые и новые для комнаты.
⚠️Плохо убирают номера.
Уборка только по запросу до 9 утра.
У меня 9 дней никто не убирал комнату, а когда я на 9 день попросила убрать комнату, они поменяли постель, поставили 2 бутылки воды, вынесли мусор и ушли.
Полы и сантехнику не мыли!
Было очень не приятно за 9 дней жить без уборки. Я пошла к администратору попросила помыть полы
На просьбу помыть полы мне сказали:
- Извините, уборщицы ушли
Администратор потом поднялся посмотрел, что полы грязные, сам плохо пропылесосил и ушёл.
Пыль, немытая сантехника, грязное зеркало и полы так и остались(
Я бы на месте администратора на следующий день отправила бы убощиц и перемыла бы все... но они так не сделали 🤷🏻‍♀️
Поэтому я жила еще 6 дней в грязной комнате, итого за 15 дней мне ни разу не сделали влажной уборке и я считаю это ужасно(
⚠️Не понравился проход к отелю, он тёмный в закаулке, я жила одна, поэтому мне было страшно возвращаться в отель.

Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Good location close to Insadong, Bukchon Hanok Village and public transport to other neighbourhoods yet very quiet. Convenience stores and restaurants close by.
Heated floor was amazing during cold days of January. Comfortable beds. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom. Other toiletries and towels available in the corridor.
Pleasant staff. Lift to upper floors.
Free laundry machines, detergent and dryers in the basement.

Cons:

Common area in the basement very cold (January). Dryer needed 2 cycles to be satisfactory and couple of pieces were still damp.
Bathroom and shower system could be more efficient. Nothing deal breaking. Would stay again.
