I like that its clean, staff kind and accomodating, attentive as well.
During my last day , I was handed an envelope with my invoice , I didn’t open it till I got home to Manila, the invoice that showed I ordered Tiramisu Cake for 200 pesos. I am definitely sure that I didn’t order that cake coz I am diabetic. I did avail of breakfast that morning and paid for an extra guest in cash . I am not sure why they charge me for a slice of Tiramisu Cake . It may have been a mistaken charge, but all I ask is to be careful with charging. I know for sure there was a group of ladies on a gathering that day of Aug 15. Someone must have heard a wrong room number and charged it to my room 206 . That is all I have to share, but all in all , everything was to my expectation. Thank you and for sure I will be back .
Hospitality and customer service was excellent
Poor lighting in bathroom
will not be staying at this hotel again. The towels were limited and below standard. The sink was clogged, and the hot shower knob was extremely difficult to turn. Breakfast had very limited selections. The internet was unreliable — I couldn’t stay connected and had to log in repeatedly.
Beautiful establishmeny
They stole my rolex and doesn’t even help me to locate it. All they do is delay the process. They wont even release the cctv footage to the police. I dont recommend staying at this place. The room was dirty also their drain system in the bathroom doesn't work. Youll be showering with your shower water above your foot. Disgusting.
it would have been a pleasant stay should the fridge been working. it had to be replaced twice. our room smelled funny but the freshener sprayed only masked the odor for a few hours.
there was a small platter of fruits (1 piece each of banana, apple and citrus) that welcomed us as we entered our room. the ginger ale came 15 minutes late.
service crew was attentive and cheerful. shout out to ms. pearl who provided me a stationery when i requested one. she really went the extra mile to find that single sheet.
breakfast was acceptable. nothing spectacular about the delectability of their food but it would do to satisfy your morning hunger.
The hotel is perfectly situated at the heart of Naga’s commercial district, with a lot of interesting restaurants and fast food. I stayed in one of their executive suites and was impressed by the amenities in the room. Based on what I’ve read in previous reviews, I braced myself to a shoddy internet access but was pleasantlh surprised about the consistent and reasonably fast internet that I was able to log-in to my work’s VPN and got into a number of Teams calls.
When I’m back in CamSur, I will definitely book my reservations in this hotel. Way much better experience than what I experienced when I stayed at Villa Caceres.

The hotel’s location is perfect for a walk to Basilica and outside restaurants. Also very accessible to any part of the city.
Airport shuttle was the main reason why I booked this property. Bathroom door needs improvement.

It’s not readily prepared for guess. No face towels, no robes, no slippers and no bath towels.
The staff was very courteous and helpful. Ian , the shuttle bus driver went out of his way to help me secure a bus ticket to Manila when my Cebgo flight cancelled.
