Pros:

I only had an over night stay. It was nice.

My excellent stay at the Puri Cendana
Pros:

Most things went well. Rooms are large with tall ceilings; sunken bathrooms. Traditional style, but still had tv service with several English channels. Grounds are groomed and well taken care of. Some renovations going on, but noise was not an issue if you needed a nap. Cafe seemed newly renovated. Breakfast seems to come with bookings...excellent selection and food was consistently good. Kudos to breakfast staff who were unfailingly polite and efficient. The facilities are close to Sunset Beach and places to eat and shop are nearby. I am a tough customer when it comes to ratings, and I really have no substantial negatives. Most staff speak good English, EVERYONE as polite.

Cons:

We did seem to have some miscommunication on airport pick up. I was able to make connections once I landed and someone was dispatched directly. After flying 27 hours a friendly face is highly valued. One note if you have multiple phones or electronic devices there are limited plugs near the bed. Personally not an issue for me, but I know for some travelers that might be an issue.

Wonderful definitely recommend
Pros:

The location is great . It’s close to the beach and is in the quieter part of Seminyak. The pool is great and the setting is beautiful. The staff are just beautiful, helpful, happy and attentive.the breakfast is amazing and the restaurant has yummy food.

Pros:

Nous connaissons très bien cet établissement et y avons séjourné à plusieurs reprises, aussi bien en famille avec nos enfants qu’en couple.

L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de la mer et du centre-ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.

Cependant, cette fois-ci, notre séjour a été moins agréable. Nous sommes arrivés en pleine période de travaux et Booking nous en a informés trop tard, alors que nous étions déjà à l’hôtel. La piscine était inaccessible, le petit-déjeuner était servi en chambre et il y avait beaucoup de bruit du matin au soir en raison du chantier.

Avec les fortes chaleurs, l’absence de piscine a été particulièrement regrettable, surtout lorsque l’on passe du temps à l’hôtel. Le bruit permanent a également nui à notre confort.

Avec le recul, nous aurions peut-être dû appeler l’établissement avant notre arrivée pour nous renseigner sur la situation.

Malgré cette expérience décevante, nous gardons une très bonne opinion de cet hôtel. Nous sommes convaincus qu’une fois les travaux terminés, il retrouvera tout son charme et la qualité de séjour que nous avons toujours appréciés lors de nos précédentes visites.

My stay at Puri Cendana
Pros:

Staff were lovely, Room was big with seating outside to enjoy breakfast
Very lush grounds with lots of Hindu figurines. Easy access to beach

Cons:

Didn't realise the pool and kitchen were closed due to renovations.
However, the beach was close enough and the breakfast Kai was still delicious

Beautiful, if you don’t mind not having luxury
Pros:

It was very close to the beach. The place was nice overall.

Cons:

The shower wasn’t very powerful at all and was faulty. The AC didn’t cool down the room fully so I was hot at night. The pool was under renovation. I didn’t read the tiny small print.
