There is no breakfast served
Towels and slippers were not provided. Towels were only given until we asked for it.
We really appreciate the effort of the mngt to transfer us to another room because the next to us is having a loud party😁
Everything was good just that people are partying in the other room.
Could be a decent place to stay. The rooms are big.
If this hotel was managed better than it could be really good. The people in charge now should be fired immediately. They are dragging it down to the dumps. If they would simply leave the guests alone and shut up the experience would be vastly improved.
The rooms were big.
The hotel is in a very congested area. You can barely walk around there. The staff like to yell and scream in the hallways at all times of the night and day. I guess that’s funny to them. It’s more important to them to be a nuisance to PAYING customers instead of simply doing their jobs well. No wonder we were the only ones staying at such a busy time of the year.

TV not working properly. The wall is wood and could hear the other room doing ***.

But as for cleanliness..the fridge n utensils are not very clean..we have to go 711 to buy wiping cloth n detergent to clean thoroughly..kettle was rusty inside but they change a new one for us..thank you
Near places we wanted to visit, centrally located.
Conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Unit is big and comfortable. Basic kitchen utensils are also available. The toilet and shower area can still be improved though.

We stayed here for a month on weekdays. Hassle free check-in and out. Friendly and very accommodating staff.
2 BR Standard and 2BR Deluxe have Descent spacious rooms with a kitchen facility at a very reasonable price. Kitchen and dining items are not complete but you can ask for the specific item you need and they will gladly provide it. Nothing fancy but very comfy rooms. It has that homely feel. A/C in good condition, 2 BR and 1 BR standard does not A/C on its kitchen/living area, only a fan. Some minor fixings are needed on their kitchen cupboards. The Deluxe Double Room is too small making it too pricey compared to other 2-3star hotels. Wifi is available however it is too slow and most of the time zero.
Good and safe location,accessible to almost everything you’ll need. Public transport is also readily available.
If only you have a fitness area, that would be a big plus point.
