Terrific location polite staff
Pros:

The best location. Good value for money. Polite staff. Safe for solo female traveler. Clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast included with omelette poha upma bhurji or cornflakes as options.

It is the most wanted location in Bombay ...Marine Drive ..Queens Necklace view.

Cons:

It doesn't have a kitchen or a buffet breakfast ..Breakfast is a standard stuff served

Great location good value
Pros:

When they eventually got the air conditioning working, it was fine
The breakfast was fundamental but good
The staff were enthusiastic and helpful

Cons:

The air conditioning could’ve been functional when I arrived instead of three hours to put a view to working order

Nice location, Good staff but bathrooms need to have good setup

all round it was good stay
Pros:

I like the place because the location is excellent ... morning you can walk marine drive also historical church gate side . it surrounded with coffee shop , pizza shop (pizza by the bay ) and nice ice cream spot as well.

Cons:

I did not like the curtains which was quite old also breakfast could have been better.

Enjoyed the location and kindness of people working there.
Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful, really nice people and energy.
The view is worth the stay, the building needs a reconstruction. My bed was super comfortable and bathroom very clean!

Cons:

The fan and the light hanging from the ceiling weren’t clean at all… staying in the bed looking up was really a not nice look..

Cons:

Rooms are old and to be repainted especially doors and windows. Exhaust fan to be fitted in the toilets. Bad smell in the Lobby. Daily checks like complementary water bottles, Tea cups etc are given only after requests. Rest was good.

Overall it was nice stay
Pros:

I love the location and the simplicity and colonial look of the building. rooms were clean staff was help full. It is very convenient to travel to Colaba , Chairchgate and other areas. downstairs coffee shop also nice.

Cons:

Please better the food options as the breakfast options are very basic (toast , milk and banana or Phoha , milk and Banana was the only options they have ) and pale .
