Pros:

Location was really a big plus.

Cons:

Cleanliness, infrastructure and facilities could be better. Even drinking water was charged extra. All the furniture, hotel lobbies are dingy and not cleaned.

The only reason to stay here is the location which cannot be beaten. Everything else is downhill.

Terrible cleanliness, pathetic hygiene standards, broken elevators, elevated noise levels, ongoing renovations, unprofessional service standards, no female touch, limited breakfast options, riff raff guests, staff live and sleep on the same floor as the guests leaving their door open creating a very unpleasant atmosphere, no flexibility to manage or modify booking at the front desk, doors locked at midnight.

Great location and awesome balcony with sea views
Pros:

Location and balcony Seaview. Old hotel but very suitable. Hot showers and nice breakfast delivered to rooms. Daily newspaper delivered to door. Please note it’s very worth the balcony with Seaview.

Bien placé et personnel attentif mais vétuste et bruyant
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé dans Colaba, qui permet d’accéder rapidement aux quartiers centraux et aux lieux touristiques
La chambre avait la vue sur Marine drive et ce qu’on arrive à voir de la haut malgré la pollution
Personnel attentionné toujours prêt à rendre service et chambre très propre

Cons:

Vétusté et bruyant.
Hormis le bruit de la rue, la salle de bain était conjointe à celle de la chambre voisine, on entendait tout ce qui se disait et avions l’impression de prendre notre douche ensemble
Sur la page Booking apparaissent les photos de l’hôtel Sea Green mitoyen (à ne pas confondre avec Sea Green South) mais la réalité n’avait rien à voir. Equipement, douche, robinetterie, tout était vétuste
En un mois de séjour en Inde c’est l’hôtel le plus cher et le moins bien dans lequel j’ai logé

Ubytování nebylo úplně čisté, zejména v koupelně mohl být úklid důkladnější. Přes světlík byly slyšet hosté z dalších pokojů. Dveře do pokoje nedoléhaly až k zemi, takže do pokoje pronikalo světlo z chodby.

Not what I expected
Pros:

The location near the sea was nice but the balcony was facing the neighboring buildings

Cons:

The breakfast was free but under the expected level of this class of hotelds one banana and a slic of toast with omlette was all. The old fashioned elevator went down every time after calling if the door was not opened within a second.
