Didnt disappointed
Pros:

Exceptional staff, so polite, helpful & friendly, room exceeded my expectations, was actually bigger than we expected.
Breakdast amazing, never left hungry, great variety of choices.
Prices-food & drink, would be what you would expect to pay at this accommodation.
No surprises, no hidden costs
Expect gst

Cons:

I understand gst, but, gee I love fixed prices.

Also shopping was a good walk away.
Taxi’s were our main source of getting everywhere

Really good but not amazing
Pros:

The room was very spacious. The staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable. The staff kindly made up the sofa for my son as our room did not have the option for twin beds. Security was able to stop traffic so we could cross the (busy) road safely. Pool open until 1am.

Cons:

Drinks were pretty expensive at the pool bar (no 2-for-1 deals on cocktails). Breakfast was nice but not amazing. The pool was pretty small.

Enjoyable, relaxing and refreshing stay.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming. The location was great allowing a short stroll to the beach seeing some sites. The venue itself was fantastic. Pool was very refreshing and the bar staff were great. Bedroom was very clean as were the public areas. Food was really nice.

The staff were friendly but they are not enough to make me want to stay there again.
Pros:

The bed was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice.

Cons:

Everything is tattered and worn out. The soft furnishings all need a good clean and some need to be replaced. The tiles around the pool are slippery. The shuttle bus did not collect us from the beach even though we confirmed with the driver where we should wait for the return journey and what time. When I contacted the hotel about this they told us that we were not there when the driver arrived. This was not true as we were there waiting, earlier than the time specified.

Good stay, great location, awesome spacious amenities & rooms
Pros:

Beautifully modern hotel. Great location. Central and close to Bintang supermarket, about 5 mins walk. Large spacious rooms. Awesome rooftop pool!

Cons:

Our rooms were far from the lift. Could’ve easily requested a closer room but it’s ok. Will know for next time. I felt our beds were very hard. My back and sleep was unco for the first few nights.

Pros:

The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

There was nothing we disliked. We were always made very welcome by all the staff and they took great care of us. We will return to TS Suites for our next visit.
