Awful
Pros:

Staff were friendly. Good location for our needs.

Cons:

Filthy room, hairs in the bed, dirty sheets. Had to clean every surface. Bathroom was dirty.
Booked for an air con room, didn't get it. Instead had a tiny fan - during the heatwave!!
Dust and stains on everything.
Given a broken iron.

Breakfast was inedible - flies in the juices. Cutlery not clean.
Cheapest food possible. Flies in the fruit section.

Decent enough
Pros:

Apart from the temperature of the room, it was great.
Pros:

Nice location, close to shops & local enough to the shopping centre. Room was clean & very comfortable beds.

Cons:

Extra £50 for AC in room which I thought was a bit steep given the price of a standard room. We was provided fans but in 35° weather they were not much use. Also an extremely small window so hardly any air flow.

Pros:

The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful.
Was a good location to get to Wembley Stadium and the journey back was not too long either.
For the price it was ok accommodation

Cons:

No air con One of the hottest nights of the year and their air con had broken although the corridors were really cool. They did provide fans but that just circulated the hot air.

Amazing comfortable clean and very welcoming hotel
Pros:

the overall property was amazing alongside the staff , the staff made us feel very welcome and very helpful rooms were very comfortable and clean . the staff put a fan one for cooling the room before we were there which was amazing for the heat that week

Pros:

We really liked the area it was in. There was green space nearby. Good bus connections & 2 tube stations. One a short walk & the other 20 mins walk. Plenty of local shops & places to eat. Outside of London but still within very easy reach. We stayed as going to a concert at Wembley Stadium. A real bonus was that we seemed to be going to the platform very few other people were on going home so didn't have to queue with the other thousands of people!
3 stayed on 1 room which was comfortable & spacious. It's not ultra modern but it's also not run down.
Staff on reception were all very welcoming. We felt comfortable & safe.

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't like. It wasn't extremely modern but it was clean & comfortable.
