No air con, rooms where just to hot, couldn’t get comfortable enough to get a decent sleep, staff could only offer fans,
Paid £200 a night for a filthy room advertised as air conditioned but when we arrived in 32 degree heat the air conditioning was not working.
Upon arrival we were told the air conditioning alternates however, it never once turned on. After a horrible night of no sleep we complained to the hotel staff and we were moved into another room for our 2nd night in which the air-con was working to a certain degree and this new room was just as filthy. We were offered a 10% discount from the hotel which we have not received.
I had to make a complaint through booking.com and they couldn’t come to a resolution with management so we have received £30 booking.com credit which is absolutely unacceptable for the condition of the room, unsafe temperature, and lack of sleep.
Location was ideal for Wembley. Staff were very helpful.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. In a really good location for getting to and from Wembley Stadium which was the purpose of our stay. Easy to locate. Really friendly and helpful staff. Good price for a Saturday in London near Wembley.

there was a party beneath us going on until midnight so we couldn’t sleep until this had stopped as the music was so loud.
no air con which was not written clearly enough when booking as you expect all hotels to have air con, it was absolutely sweltering in the room as no windows opened either so i definitely do not recommend staying here in the summer, we had to have 4 fans and even then that was just blowing hot air. getting myself ready for the concert was almost unbearable with how hot it was in there.
the bathroom was disgusting, never seen a bathroom like it, the ceiling was vile and the shower was extremely poor. there was also no shower gel or shampoo in the shower. the wall was also stained green?
lift was broken on our level so had to stop at the floor above and walk down.
i feel robbed of £112 as i’ve stayed in much more decent places for less than that price, not even close to being worth that price. it definitely dampened our weekend in london which is a massive shame.
The distance to Wembley Stadium was good. Staff were friendly.
Really dated and tired. Needs a refurb. Looks very worn and dirty. Air con not working so they had set 2 fans up in the room which didn’t do much. Luckily we arrived ready to go out as getting ready in the room would have been a nightmare.
