Pros:

A localização é ótima, os funcionários são solícitos, o quarto é espaçoso, mas o hotel é muito antigo... poderiam ir melhorando as acomodações aos poucos, pois a estrutura é muito boa.

Cons:

o banheiro ainda tem bidê... o chuveiro estava com a água mais pra fria do que quente, foi duro tomar banho no frio que estava fazendo em BH no fim de semana que nós fomos. Além da água, sai um ar no chuveiro que deixava o banho mais frio ainda. A roupa de cama muito antiga, descosturada.

Cons:

A limpeza do apartamento requer melhorias: no banheiro em geral, o piso do apartamento estava bastante sujo e, cortinas mofadas.
