Hotel is clean ok. Room has no window. Bathroom small tight, no vanity space, no shower curtain, shower water splashing everywhere on the floor.
I stayed at Prescott Hotel from 19 to 22 September 2025. Overall, it’s a good hotel for short stays, but not a luxury option. The room size was decent and comfortable enough for resting. However, my room did not have a window, which made it feel a bit closed off.
The hotel provides the essentials and maintains a clean and simple environment, suitable for travelers looking for a budget-friendly place to stay in the city. If you’re expecting luxury or a scenic view, this might not be the right choice. But for a convenient and affordable stay, it works well.
Very convenient place to stay,. walking distance to shopping mall as well
Moldy grout in bathroom. Bed loaded with bed mites. Flity carpet in room with no windows and old cigarette smoke smell. Very dissapointed as Prescott Medan Tuanku i stayed numerous times and happy with their great condition.
Budget friendly; Room is just fine but if management could look into several issues like room cleanliness, found some trash left on the carpet and the shower heater is broken. Air-conditioning is not working properly. Easy access to local tourist hotspot in Bukit bintang area.
Is always so easy, professional, and I have never had a problem that's only packing at the public packing. Good, Nice and Enjoyed.
First, they did not prepare my room for the extra bed eventhough it is written very clearly on my hotel voucher and already paid extra for the request. They claim that they did not know about the request but after they check their data, it turns out that they did not read the booking requests but never apologized to us. It was 8 pm when we arrived for the check in and we have to wait for 4 HOURS until the extra bed came. To make it worse, they do not have any housekeeping employee working on the nights so it was the security guard who knows nothing about installing the extra bed that eventually come to bring it to our room. We even have to show him the way to install the extra bed because he has no clue and almost broke the bed even! Secondly, all of the complimentary amenities such as towels and bottled water are all in shortage. Everyday it was only set for 2 guests! We have to ask the reception EVERY NIGHT to bring the towels and water and everything else that was needed for the 3rd guest staying in the room. Thirdly, breakfast food was awful. They didn’t have butter or jam for the bread! Menu was also didn’t have variety. Not even an egg station was present.
Staying here for 2 days while travelling to Kuala Lumpur on 3-4 October 2019. we booked 2 standard rooms.
Actually I have been stayed before in this hotel, at that time still under name Beltiff Hotel. Now it has adopted new name which is Prescott, in which larger chain of hotel, so it boost the prestige.
The hotel located in Jalan Changkat Thambi Dollah, a walking distance from Berjaya Times Square, Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor. the location can be accessed via monorail, just depart on Imbi Station. The location is the winning bargain of this hotel
This is a boutique 3 star hotel. There is a small hotel lobby with small coffee shop. In hotel lobby providing massage chair. And there is small dining room where breakfast regularly provided.
The standard room provided with 2 separate single bed. The size of the room is moderate. Not too big, but not too small if you compare with the same rate in Singapore. It has provided with LCD screen tv, coffee and tea set, working desk, hanger for clothes and deposit box. The bathroom has a small size. They provide hair dryer on each room. They only provide shower room with no shower box so expect a wet bathroom.
The breakfast menu is adequate. They only provided 3 main course menu such as spagethi, egg, nasi lemak. And they also provide one type of soup, and bread set. Coffee and tea also provided. Drink provided were some kind of lemonade drink and water.
In conclusion I would like to recommend this hotel due to the price and location
The hotel is actually not located in Bukit Bintang area. Nevertheless, it provides value for money stay. Clean, comfortable and spacious. However, it could be inconvenient for those who drive as the hotel does not provide car park.
I didn’t take any photos of it because my wife told me that there were some critters that emerged from the electrical base for the kettle - I happened to have my headlamp because I was on a climbing trip... and I used toilet paper to quash some 20+ cockroach nymphs that emerged after I prepped myself and tapped the base against the dresser table (yep!) in an attempt to eradicate them.
The beds were clean and fine - the tap in the bath was shaky. I’m sure if the hotel wanted to, this would be a channel pliers kind of job, they shouldn’t have a guest tell them what’s amiss.
I do know that in future we will it a miss.
The location is good, accessible to train stations (Imbi and Hang Tuah) and near the city center. The room was clean, no bad smelling sink👍👍. The staff were nice. What I did not like was the food, it was all the same every day. Nevertheless, our stay was amazing!😁😁
Cleanliness and friendly check in
Lovely hotel & nice staff. My room lock wasn’t working so they moved me to a another one and were very helpful. Desk needed to be wiped down, was a bit dirty, but was fine. Would come back.
Bed didn't clean properly. Luckily just stay one night.
It is more spacious than other hotels in similar price in Kuala Lumpur. Staff are friendly and room is comfortable. Breakfast is very simple but enough. Location is not convenient. It takes 30 mins on foot to go to the nearest railway station. But it is near to ICC Pudu, within 15 min walk.
I was staying in Beltif Hotel for a night. The pros for this hotel is the location as it's very close to Berjaya Times Square in just 2 minutes walk, which literally behind the mall and the train station of Imbi is only 5 minutes walk. The cons are there were cockroaches living in the room as i found one hanging around.. the toilet floor was flooded with water whenever we used the shower and the selection of breakfast were not many and the taste was just okay. The amenities in the room were basic as kettle, tv, safe box, toilettries were all provided except fridge and slippers. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall it is acceptable to stay for a night here.
Stayed for quite a long period(shorter stay recommended)and it's best to say that there could've been other better options. Rates are cheaper online as compared to on-site(if you ever considered extending it). Walls are paper thin(bring your own earplugs), TV channels hang when it rain and be sure to state your requests to them multiple times as we're a couple & were given 2 single beds(despite informing them to join the beds together since day 1) but were stuck with the 2 singles all the way till checkout. There was a leak from the ceiling in the room(which I took the liberty of fixing myself). We avoided having them make up the room as much as possible but it just so happens that the day when we requested for it to be done was a 'busy day' with 'many check-outs', told by attendants(ask for room to be cleaned at 10.45am, returned after 2pm and room remained the same). My final gripe being the fact that you need to keep the ventilation in the bathroom on(noisy bugger) lest risk having cigarette smell wafting into your room which unfortunately happens to be my case. Last day of checkout was harrowing as it was pouring waterfalls outside and I had to manage loading 2 huge baggage into my taxi with no help whatsoever from hotel staff, truly disappointing. Overall, pleasant stay though from management's aspects, must pay more attention and try harder in terms of service.
Good location . 2 min walked to convenience store and 10 mins to berjaya times square. Very affordable and good to stay
Cheap hotel that is quite comfortable, standard room size, staff is friendly enough, the location is near the city, quite close to the monorail imbi. Need a deposit for guests and taxes for guests from abroad. Very simple breakfast.
Nice hotel, staff and environment. Very clean and efficient work from housekeeping
