Soggiorno molto piacevole!
Pros:

Posizione della struttura comoda: vicino a più fermate di bus che ti portano in stazione o in centro in pochi minuti. Camera spaziosa. Pulizia ottima. Personale davvero gentile. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione (eventualmente disponibile). Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Charmoso e aconchegante
Pros:

Muito bem localizado. Bem atendido por ônibus e, se você não se importar em caminhar um pouquinho, chega facilmente à estação de trem/metrô e às principais avenidas do centro (Via Roma, XX de Setembre) e pontos turísticos. Além disso, o Fábio (proprietário) é uma pessoa extremamente agradável, solícita, atenciosa e disponível desde a reserva. As instalações são aconchegantes e o estilo retrô do quarto é um charme a mais, dando um requinte todo especial à estadia. Com certeza será meu local escolhido numa volta a Gênova.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel, la propreté des chambres et l'accueil chaleureux du personnel. La chambre était confortable et bien entretenue. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de bonne qualité. Notre séjour s'est déroulé dans d'excellentes conditions et nous recommandons cet hôtel pour un séjour à Gêne.

Évfordulós utazás
Pros:

Remek elhelyezkedése van a szállónak. Csendes környezet, közel vannak éttermek, boltok és a tömegközlekedés is.
A szoba kényelmes és tiszta. Tulajdonos Fabio pedig nagyon kedves és tényleg neki a vendég az első. Csak ajánlani tudom 🙂

Fabio, unser Hotelier, war wunderbar. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und er hat für alles eine Lösung. Da kommt dann ein Lächeln und „I have an idea“ 🤗
Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein und die Zimmer supertoll und großzügig. Echter Altbau mit hohen Decken und allem was dazugehört mit passender Einrichtung aber zeitgemäßer Ausstattung. Man sieht an jeder Ecke, dass Fabio eine Liebe für jedes Detail hat

Accoglienza eccellente e ottima posizione per viaggi di lavoro

Il titolare è molto accogliente e gentile. La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione. Le camere sono ampie e spaziose, con un bagno grande e funzionale. Ambiente pulito e ben tenuto. Sicuramente tornerò qui in occasione di futuri viaggi di lavoro nella zona.
