Rotan Inn

The property is dated but well cared for. The front desk was extremely receptive to any requests (more towels, coffee in the morning, helping with the refrigerator). I will definitely stay here again!

I liked the place. Was cheap and right around the corner of where I needed to be.

Terrible towels and bedding. Only 1 towel provided. Bed was so uncomfortable, cheap smooshy pillows

The area wasn’t safe like reported and room wasn’t the most clean

Towels were dirty, and smelled. The sheets had hair in them as if they were not even washed. The room was filled with bugs. And even got accused of not paying for our stay, we were threatened to get kicked out if we did not pay for an extra night, despite having our receipts. After speaking to someone on the phone she later said we were correct. No apology, nor a proper explanation as to why we were accused of not having paid.

Big comfy bed. Good water pressure. A little worn down, but had everything you need to work out of your suitcase.

The room looks nothing like the picture it is an outdated room and they have roaches. Didn’t see but a couple small ones but they have them

Clean and bed was comfortable. Only bad thing was room was small and no chair to sit in but straight desk chair. I will stay there again.

Needed an overnight stay, small, impersonal, dated. But provided a bed and a shower. No food options near by

We came in to visit family for the weekend and our stay was great! Staff was amazing and helped with anything I asked. Room was clean and quiet and stay was overall great. Definitely will be back

While this is a dated property, the room had been modernized, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The attendant who checked me in was very nice and made sure that I had towels. Thanks!

I think the new owners are trying to bring it up a notch but still have a ways to go, I did miss having a coffee maker in the room, The attendant provided an extra towel but did not add additional soap. We also had to request ha gers for our clothes. The bed was comfortable.

The property & rooms are pretty basic; you're paying for a bed and bathroom. This isn't a West Texas resort, but it gets the job done at an economical price. There are no hairs in the bedding, which is a lot more than I can say for several more high-end hotel chains I've stayed at in the past year.

The Inn provided just what is needed for someone to in a dwelling. I may have read incorrectly, but I thought that an iron and ironing board were described in their amenities, as well as the Wi-Fi password that was not available in order to login.

Small town motel. If needed we would stay there again.

Great place for the cost.

Older but clean and comfortable, no closet rod in our room but we used the shower. We were just sleeping here so it worked for us. We knew what we were getting so it was fine. I do wish the owners spoke better English but we managed. Would stay here again if need be.
