Betere service bij ongemak wenselijk
Pros:

Locatie is centraal. Veel faciliteiten Ruime kamers.

Cons:

Kamer sfeerloos, kil.
De afvoer was niet goed. Tijdens het douchen kon het water niet weg. Alles stond blank. Na een poosje ging het in de leidingen borrelen, meerdere keren en toen liep het water eindelijk weg. Toen kwam er een vreselijke rioolstank naar boven.

Dit gemeld bij het uitchecken maar verder geen tegemoetkoming voor een volgend keer of gratis kopje koffie. Totaal geen service.
Jammer, we hebben toch echt in de stank geslapen. Wij vonden het te laat in de avond om er direct een melding van te maken.

We kwamen voor een rustig wellnes week-end, bleek de hele gang vol te zitten met werklui die het eens flink op het drinken zette: onrust, ruzie, lawaai, politie erbij.. niet te doen.
