Great location, cute small hotel
Pros:

The hotel is some 5 min away from all key landmarks. The staff was very polite and helpful, answering all our questions and also gave us recommendations for some nice restaurants in the area. The room was very clean and cute. Breakfast was very good with some unusual and tasty selection of sandwiches and pastries. Would definitely consider the hotel again in the future.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was good. Only a remark to be aware of - the breakfast area is small, you might need to wait to get a table.

Lo consiglio per la comodità e la tranquillità.
Pros:

Comodità per girare la città, tranquillità per dormire la notte nonostante in pieno centro. Letti comodi.
Staff cordiale.

Cons:

Colazione abbastanza variata ma di qualità discreta, pane fresco quasi assente ( solo delle mini michette), frutta fresca solo sotto forma di Macedonia.

Gut geeignet für einen Kurzaufenthalt.
Pros:

Gute Lage. Freundliche Rezeption. Auf ein Problem mit der Zimmertür wurde prompt reagiert.
Feine Sandwiches und frischer Fruchtsalat zum Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmer dunkel und bei geöffnetem Fenster nachts doch etwas laut.
Kaffee und Brot zum Frühstück dürften noch etwas besser sein für den Preis.

Pros:

古い建物をそのまま使用しているが故に、エレベーターなし、各スペースが狭い、などなどはあるが全く気にならなかった。清潔さと古いノスタルジックな雰囲気がある。二十四時間のフロント対応も安心。最近の三星二つ星では結構珍しいかも？ロケーションはとにかく便利。但し運河は見えない。ベネチアの核心部の真ん中でした！

Es hat mir sehr gefallen, ich würde jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.
Pros:

Sehr nettes kleines Hotel in TOP Lage, 5 Minuten zum Markusplatz und 6 Minuten zur Rialtobrücke, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (sogar der Koffer wurden nach oben/unten getragen). Es wird sehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet, Betten/Matratzen sehr bequem und das Frühstück war hervorragend, ausgesprochen vielfältig. Ruhige Gegend in der Nacht.

Cons:

Das Bad war sehr klein bzw. schmal. Mit Körpergröße von 1,80m musste ich fürs Zähneputzen am Waschbecken die Tür zum Flur offen stehen lassen und auf der Toilette schräg sitzen. Aber da alles sehr sauber war, habe ich das gern in Kauf genommen.
Es gab leider keinen Fahrstuhl.

L'hotel è in posizione super strategica, essendo a pochi passi da piazza s. Marco. La camera era pulita e accogliente. Una menzione particolare allo staff veramente disponibile e che ci ha dato tantissime dritte preziose, grazie alle quali abbiamo fatto un giro stupendo della città nonostante il poco tempo a disposizione.

A great stay in central Venice area.
Pros:

Great location to vaporetto stations and central sights. Staff were friendly helpful and engaging. Breakfast was absolutely excellent.Interesting hotel with artworks on each floor.

Cons:

No elevator but we knew that when booking. Staff took our luggage to our room.
Very small but satisfactory shower.
