Loved my stay here.
Pros:

Location, air conditioning, staff were super helpful, clean facilities.

Cons:

No elevator. The staff took bags though so it really didn’t matter.

Petit hotel de charme simple mais typique Vénitien , bien situé dans une petite rue à proximité des principales visites à faire à Venise ! Bon accueil et personnel disponible pour rendre service et certains parlant le Francais. De bons conseils pour vous proposer un bon restaurant! Bon petit déjeuner avec un buffet varié. Chambre déco simple , pas très grande mais confortable et très propre! Accés facile et proche 5mn à pied des stations vaporetos pour Murano et des gares bus et trains.

Cons:

Salle de bain assez petite mais bien équipée et propre!
Pas assez insonorisé .laisse entendre les bruits de couloir et extérieur de certaines personnes peu respectueuses !

Pros:

The decor and breakfast were fabulous. The morning front desk woman(sorry I dont have her name) was so delightful, she even wished me a Happy Birthday because she noticed the date on my reservation- it meant alot because I am traveling solo.

Cons:

No water available for guests.
