Wanda Reign Wuhan

WORST five star hotel ever (I’ve never left a negative review and have to leave one for this hotel)
Dirty room( hair on the toilet, dust on lamps, squeaky shower), terrible service(no cancellations, no room change), and absolute UNSAFE.
Super noisy(you can hear the entire streets honking day and night)
First night at 2am, someone tried to push our door open. Second night around 3:30am someone knocked and tried again. My mom and I were terrified and couldn’t sleep.
This hotel is not clean, not quiet and definitely NOT SAFE. Women and families with kids please avoid at all costs.

房间又脏又吵：马桶上有头发，灯上都是灰，淋浴一开吱吱响。想退房不给退，想换房说已经是最安静的。大马路上的喇叭早上晚上都听得一清二楚。
更离谱的是安全问题！第一晚凌晨两点有人多次推门，第二晚三点半又有人敲门+推门！半夜被吓醒，根本不敢睡。作为女生我从来没住过这么恐怖的五星级酒店。带孩子的家庭，单独女性千万别来！

チェックインとチェックアウトの際のフロントスタッフの対応が冷たかった。予約の前日か当日のメール案内が全くなかった。

To be fair, it's a great hotel. I especially enjoyed the massage chair they equiped. The only little disappointment I got is I was told the room was upgraded but wasn't able to find any difference.

One of the best hotels in Wuhan, great facility and service. East lake view from room window is amazing. Highly recommended.

They have massage machine in the room！！！！ Close to the lake and provincal museum. Metro down the stair.

喝醉酒，倒在电梯间里，是服务生把我用轮椅送回房间的。

The room is all full of golden stuff but too shining to make you feel comfortable. The massage chair is very unique and helped me relax my muscles. I kind of wish all the hotel rooms provide that facility. The breakfast in the cafeteria was mediocre and food in the restaurant was above average. There are not many good dining places downstairs unless you take a taxi.

Neither the front desk nor the concierge could give clear information about how to find the underpass, which was really close but hidden when we found out incidentally by ourselves. They could easily take us down there in a minute but they chose not to. Not good service.

Something I learned from staying at this hotel： the extravagant affluent designs and settings does not really guarantee a quality service.

Not worth the money, food is average, lobby decoration is strange, don’t waste your money to stay in this hotel

Definitely the most opulent hotel I’ve stayed at, though there are definitely some signs of wear. Service was great and the location is quite well placed, with a lot of things to do in the area. Would stay again -

One of the best and newest luxury five-star hotel in Wuhan. Great facility, location and services. Lots of store and restaurants are nearby, including the Hanshow, the largest indoor water show in Asia.

Loved the massage chair in the living room.
Right next to the Han Theatre.

Like property decoration. Didn’t like the work outside the hotel

The hotel stay was very comfortable, and the staff were all pretty nice and very helpful, the only thing was there were constructions outside of the hotel.
