Pros:

Hiding under the name of Green Hotel
Pros:

First of all, Hotels.com should not call this Kambulum. No where will you find this name. They call themselves Green Hotel. Second, it is no where near where the map and Google show it. It is closer to km 223 on 307. It is right on the south edge of Tulum. There is a Pemex on the right and the dirt road to the hotel is 10 meters south on the left. There is a Green Hotel sign. There is a car repair place on the left side of the dirt road. The hotel is 100 meters on the dirt road on the left. We had a difficult time finding it since they didn't pick-up our first two calls. That said, the place is very quaint. There is a nice pool. The people are friendly. The owner gave us regular breakfast since the hotel reservation was only for continental. Service is slow. If you have a tour to meet early, don't plan on breakfast at 7 am as advertised. There is coffee. It is sort of an interesting place to stay, but miles from any beach. I will say again, don't book this hotel until the name and location are clarified. Local people have never heard of Kambulum. We stayed from Dec. 28-31 2014.

Name of the hotel and address are not correct
Pros:

We staied in this hotel for 1 night, and it is very nice and very in the nature.
Room are big and clean and are all in the typical maya style.
Having said that the name of the hotel is green hotel and it is at km 26 (at the end of tulum, where there is a oil station on the left) not at 210km.
