Relax senza pensieri
Pros:

Il luogo è facile da raggiungere, ha un bel parcheggio spazioso ed è circondato dalla natura.
Si presenta come un insieme di strutture, alcuni chalet, che si raggruppano attorno alla zona spa.
Bellissima la piscina esterna, con vista sulle montagne e eventualmente sul tramonto.
Il servizio ristorante ci ha lasciati piacevolmente stupiti, abbastanza ricco e attento alle esigenze alimentari (come la celiachia).
Il personale è sempre stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

Cons:

Ho alcuni punti di attenzione:
1. Molte camere sono state probabilmente ristrutturate e riarredate con il bellissimo stile in legno chiaro che è predominante nella struttura, tuttavia la camera in cui ho alloggiato presentava uno stile un po’ vecchio e rovinato, non ancora ristrutturato.

2. Dopo una giornata intera tra spa e relax, avevo sperato di trovare nella camera almeno dei mini formati di shampoo, balsamo e crema corpo…tuttavia ho trovato solo shampoo e sapone. Segnalo, tra l’altro, che il sapone a disposizione sul bidet non è specifico per intimo, un’attenzione in più che sarebbe utile inserire

Un angolo di pace dove vorremmo tornare ogni volta che abbiamo bisogno di staccare
Pros:

Esperienza stupenda! La camera super spaziosa (anche se era una standard) e tutto pulitissimo. Lo staff gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e super professionale. Il ristorante… wow, davvero top! Si mangia benissimo a colazione, pranzo e cena. La spa e la zona wellness sono qualcosa di spettacolare — massaggi, relax, tutto perfetto. Anche le attività, sia di giorno che di sera, super divertenti e organizzate alla grande. Insomma, posto meraviglioso, torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a tutti!

Cons:

Unico piccolo appunto: alcune attività dell’area wellness sono disponibili solo nel pomeriggio, sarebbe bello poterle fare anche al mattino. E l’acqua della piscina e dell’idromassaggio forse poteva essere un po’ più calda. Per il resto, tutto davvero fantastico!

Un paradiso in mezzo ai monti

Sono stato molto bene già da quando sono entrato in struttura mi ha accolto una ragazza molto bella e gentile dopo il check in mi ha illustrato la struttura e mi ha accompagnato in camera molto professionale e educata top ci torno sicuramente

Sensational place
Pros:

A sensational place! From the landscapes, the location, these old houses transformed into something amazing. You feel a lot of local culture, if you love the history of the place you will be charged with positive energy. The wellness areas were very relaxing and the infinity pool was great. The rooms look very good and I liked that they leave you a bag for the wellness areas with towels and a bathrobe in the room. We will probably come back, we did not have time to discover everything this place offers.
