For food and drinks, guests can dial into the hotel's room service available from 11:00 - 23:00 hrs. for local and international dishes served right at the guests' door. Extremely disappointing experience — poor management response and misleading facilities
I had a deeply disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it.
The only genuinely positive aspect of my stay was the staff. The reception team and other employees I interacted with were polite, kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, they appear to be badly let down by the hotel management.
During my stay, I had a serious family situation that required me to leave earlier than planned. I explained the situation clearly to the reception team, who escalated the matter to management. At that point, I expected at least some degree of understanding, flexibility, or basic human consideration.
Instead, the management showed no meaningful compassion or willingness to find a fair solution. I had already paid for seven additional nights that I could not use, yet the hotel refused to refund any part of the unused stay. This was despite the fact that they had advance notice and, in my view, a realistic opportunity to resell the room. Booking.com also attempted to contact the hotel about the situation, but according to Booking.com, the hotel did not meaningfully engage with those attempts.
I understand that hotels have policies. However, decent hospitality is not only about hiding behind cancellation terms. It is also about how management treats guests when something serious and unexpected happens. In this case, the response felt dismissive, rigid, and entirely lacking in empathy.
There were also other issues that made the stay fall short of what was advertised. The breakfast was not the open buffet I expected based on the hotel’s presentation. The gym was not what I would describe as fully equipped. The internet connection was also unreliable, which was particularly frustrating.
Overall, this hotel may have pleasant staff, but the management approach was unacceptable.

洗面台に設置されているドライヤーが壊れていて使えず、フロントにその趣旨を連絡したが予備のドライヤーがないと言われ髪の毛が濡れたまま寝ないといけなかった。
You could place every one of the staff we interacted with in ANY 5 star hotel 🏨 in THE WORLD & they would NOT be out of place! Each staff member was EXCEPTIONAL within their Customer Service role & their attention to detail... Thank you ladies & gentlemen of the Sira Grande!
The photos of the room we stayed in were quite jazzed up compared to the actual room itself.... Although everything we needed was in the room.
Location is 4 mins walk from Bangla Road. Lovely staff, rooftop gym, big rooms and very clean.
As good as the pool is, most of the grout has rotted away so the tiles feel very odd under your feet
