Boasting a rooftop salt-water pool with views of Patong Beach and an on-site spa center offering pampering treatments is the Sira Grand Hotel & Spa. Guests can enjoy free WiFi in all areas, a 24-hour front desk and free parking.

Obiekt bardzo dobrze położony. Blisko życia dziennego i nocnego. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Duży wybór. Świeże produkty.

Cons:

Obiekt wymaga odświeżenia. Przeszkadzają rzeczy prozaiczne (np. brudna ściana, porysowane framugi, podniszczony mebel). Wystarczyłby sprawny konserwator i na bieżąco usuwane usterki.

Great location, but challenges with hotel hallways are dark, front desk is challenging and the food.
Pros:

Great location, easy walking distance and well known location for tours and walking around. Very convenient locations and far enough away that you can enjoy your room and not be kept up all night with the street traffic.

Cons:

The room was very nice, but the hallways were very dark and the hotel is horrible about room keys. How do you run out of room keys that you can't give guests more than two keys. As a guest that loses keys frequently and needing one for the A/C to function, it's a massive headache when the front desk runs out of magnetic cards to make room keys. The hotel breakfast is the same EVERY SINGLE DAY. This gets very old if the menu is the same everyday. The biggest issue was the front desk staff. During the day, there was never an issue, but the afternoon/evening was either very new or massively inexperienced. Discussing the room keys and the numerous hotel policies gave me a headache.

Not 4 star stay somewhere else for your health

Cons:

The hotel smelled of mould and damp. The rooms were awful with mouldy air conditioning that burns your throat and nose. We complained and got moved to another room which has the same problems. We asked to cancel the remaining stay 7 nights total after one night and they just ignored everything we said. We changed our flights and went to Chiang Mai which was loads better and ended up losing the money we paid although the property was unfit to sleep in. Not 4 star even 2 star hotels are better than this place. Full of drunken party groups that don't seem to care how dirty the hotel is.

Nagyon hangulatos konditerem és medence. Óriási kényelmes àgy, kedves személyzet.

Cons:

A tisztaság hagyott némi kivetni valót maga után helyenként, de nem volt vészes.
A képek a hotel fénykorában készülhettek.
