Cons:

The staff have poor attitude. We go to first room that have mouldy odour. Then request operator to settle and the operator only spilt perfume. After 5mins, the room has occur mouldy odour. Then request change to second room, we still smell have mouldy odour. Then request change again. Then counter service let us wait so long time, we direct ask counter is it can update room. The counter staff have said to All twin room without window are ' standard ' have mouldy odour.
