Pros:

Location is great. Easy to get to the airport and on to other destinations. The bar and restaurant facilities are really good with heaps of options. The staff (In particular Michelle at front desk and Kelvin driving the transfer bus) were very professional, helpful and went out of their way to ensure I was well looked after during the three stays at the hotel I did a couple of weeks ago.

Cons:

Wifi in room isn't great but is fine in the other areas of the hotel.

Pathetic
Pros:

Breakfast and meals have vegetarian options.

Cons:

They have very poor WiFi connectivity. In all Suits you do not get Wifi Signal. I never stayed in normal rooms so I do not know about them.
In my 14 days of stay, for 3 days, I was awake till 1 am to get my toilet flush working. After 3 days they fixed it. I waited for 3 days to get my WiFi fixed. Technician does not know anything. Later on Hotel told me they cannot fix it. So finally I purchased data packs. Everyday I was checking for if there is any improvement in the Wifi signal. For 14 days, it was not fixed.
I am pure vegetarian as per my religion. But these people served non-veg food to me (when I had ordered veg dish). I dont know if it was deliberately done to damage my religious sentiments. But no action was taken on staff.
Be careful if you are religious. They can feed you anything.

Enjoyed the stay, clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was perfect.

Other than the noise from the party music on Saturday which kept me up for a little bit, nothing else to not like.

Pros:

Complementary breakfast,facilities and the lighting system. Also the cleanliness of the facilities.

Cons:

Booking online and paying on physical site using online booking reference is not treated fairly well.Eg a deluxe room booked for online however on physical checking in you are given a standard room..Totally misleading..I think and paying for a.complementary breakfast...

Hopeless front desk
Cons:

The hotel messed up my confirmed booking and thought I was checking out days before I was due to leave. I went to the front desk to sort this out and was told that it was fixed. I returned that evening to find my room had been packed down and they had opened my safe, put all my dirty clothes and clean clothes into my bag and emptied my fridge. After complaining they promised free laundry so I could have clean clothes for my remaining days of work. On checkout they still tried to charge me for the free laundry.

The location worked, especially for attending event at Lamana. Staff very helpful, food was great!
Pros:

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Food at Spices restaurant was delicious as always!

Cons:

The apartment did not look like the photos- some of the things like couch bed for eg, was not in the apartment. The door did not lock securely. It was very noisy - a lot of drunk guests screaming loudly obscene words on the corridor, and there was no good lighting outside the rooms. Some of us with vision impairment found it quite challenging to navigate around.
