Location is great if you need peace and quiet away from the noisy center of Boracay. Its spacious.
Pros:

Location is far from the center of Boracay so its peaceful and quiet. There was no communication from the owner. I sent many messages through booking.com and none of these enquiries were answered very disappointed. We have to dragged our luggage from the hilly road where the driver left us, the driver told us to just walk on that lane and it should be there. Lucky some kids on the lane gave us directions where to go. The driver didn't know where Sheridan Villas - we have to show him the address. We paid him 250 pesos for a short drive-he's not an honest person.

Cons:

INTERMITTENT WIFI -so if you are staying here for work, you have to get out and stay awhile outside the front door to have some WIFI connections. The beds upstairs are not that comfortable. It's a wooden bed base with a big thick mattress on top, it's not great to sleep on if you have back problems. We had the villa for 3 people. Caretaker of the villa should have a frequent inventory of their kitchen utensils before asking where is the other bowl-lucky we took photos when we arrived - there was only one bowl. Needs tea towels in the kitchen. Only accommodation that do not give a SENIOR discount for my 80-year-old mother. The owner does not believe on SENIOR discount. We travelled from Cebu, Iloilo and other islands mum always get senior discount. Very disappointing people on business should know about this. Noisy air con.

Wish I could have got on the island to stay there
Pros:

I didn't stay there cause they was not an accredited stay so they wouldn't let me on the boat to the island.

Cons:

I wanted to show my family a decent time and couldn't cause they wasn't accredited yet they told me it was pending but that didn't help me get on the boat.

Confortable accomodation for a couple/family
Pros:

I was upgraded to Villa. Large space with two double beds, a sofa bed, equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.
The place is in 2nd beach line, not far from the main area with bars and restaurants. Still, there were good restaurants around.
The beach is right there and the area is very quiet.
Beds were very confortable. Hot watered worked well.

Cons:

Cleanliness was acceptable but could improved.

A must place to stay

Weekend in Boracay
Pros:

Really great stay for 2 nights. A little far away from some of the main bars. However definitely nicer to be at the quieter end of the beach.
