For a short stay, it was a good, affordable, and decent place—and the food at the restaurant was excellent, too.

Pros:

The food is great at the Enfield. Literally cannot fault it.
Also, Brianna and Nick were empathetic and cooperative when discussing and addressing our concerns

Cons:

There was issues with rooms. Issues with a rude staff member. However the corners were addressed and met with understanding. I'm not faulting the hotel at all. As when they were made aware of the valid concerns raised, issues were addressed promptly.

Le personnel à la réception était professionnel et accueillant.

Cons:

Il y avait une odeur bizarre dans la chambre quand nous sommes arrivés , les serviettes sentaient très mauvais et il n’y avait pas de rideaux aux fenêtres…
Cependant le deuxième jour, ils ont remis les rideaux et mis des serviettes propres, donc je pense qu’il y a eu un incident dans la chambre avant notre arrivée.

Just need a lift there Otherwise all good and perfect
Pros:

The staffs were very good
Clean room toilet and bathroom, daily cleaning attended,

Cons:

There is no lift so was hard for me to go through stairs
