What a great surprise.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, particularly Betty.
The hotels proximity to everything was really great.

Cons:

The shower could do with an adhesive mat, almost slipped once.
A face cloth would be handy.
extra chair a must.

Pros:

It was the location. Easy to get around. It was clean and the room was warm. The shower had good pressure. Nothing to fault with the room

Cons:

The Restaurant. I was quite disappointed with the food l ordered from the restaurant , Saturday evening , l ordered Share Platter, which is meant to be comprising of crispy halloumi, chicken wings x3, sticky BBQ ribs, garlic bread(2),calamari rings, chips, aioli, but instead they served the platter like it was a breakfast meal, with x1 half done egg, slices of beacon, x2 breakfast sausages, x2 wings, bbq wings, steak-must have been 115g,chips, and garden salad, no garlic bread,tell me what combination meal that was, very disappointing. They should serve meals as they are presented on the menu and at least communicate if they are running short of things so you can order an alternative. We just ate the chips, wings and steak, left the breakfast things on the plate

Always wonderful
Pros:

Didn’t have breakfast
I always like the staff l get my meal brought to the room not 1 staff member has ever been pissed off about to my face 😂😂

Generally happy with facilities and staff.
Pros:

Location was handy for visiting family in Bundoora.
Room was adequate.

Cons:

Beds too soft.
Too noisy at night; I believe police and ambulance attended during the night of Sunday 19/07/26 due to a disturbance.
Lacked food availability in morning & mid afternoon.

Not happy with this hotel at all
Pros:

I wasn’t happy this time with the service and what we expected. They did not read my requirements and will never book this hotel anymore.
