Für eine Konzert Übernachtung top, würden wieder buchen
Pros:

Die Verkehrsanbindung ins Ruhrgebiet, zum Beispiel zur Veltins Arena ist top. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, das personal freundlich ,das Frühstück top. Ich und meine Frau würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Die Zufahrtstraße hat leider tiefe Schlaglöcher. Achtung! Was natürlich bei dem Wetter bei fast 40° negativ auffällt, dass die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage haben. Die ebenerdigen Zimmer kann aus Sicherheitsgründen zwar die Fenster nachts aufmachen aber nur auf Kipp, da die Fenster vom Parkplatz aus sehr leicht für Einbrecher zugänglich sind. Da kann jeder einsteigen.

sehr schönes Hotel für jeden Aufenthalt
Pros:

sehr schöne Zimmer; tolles Frühstück mit sehr viel Auswahl an Wurst und Käse; Zimmer sauber und schön

Cons:

Einziger "Minuspunkt" ist die Zufahrt zum Hotel; die Seitenstraße bzw. der Weg zum Parkplatz hinter dem Haus ist sehr "löchrig" - wird wohl erst neu asphaltiert, wenn das Bauprojekt daneben abgeschlossen ist (was aber nicht störend ist, kein Baulärm)
