The south wing of the Stadthotel Eckernförde will be renovated from November 1st, 2023 to February 29th, 2024, so noise pollution cannot be completely ruled out. However, service will not be affected.

Ein paar schöne Tage in einem tollen Hotel!
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Strand mit Meerblick war super, die Zimmer gut klimatisiert und die Betten sehr bequem!
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des gesamten Personals. Besonders angenehm und freundlich war es im Frühstücksraum und in der Bar!!! Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet!

Tolles Hotel direkt am Strand!
Pros:

Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Tolle zentrale Lage direkt am Strand. Saubere Zimmer mit bequemen großen Betten. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und lecker und ständig wird wieder frisch aufgefüllt. Fotoautomat in der Lounge - Gratis! Man konnte sich auch gratis noch ein Extrakissen auswählen.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir noch ein frisches Croissants gewünscht. Aber das ist jammern auf höchsten Niveau.

Die größe des Zimmers war super! Das Personal war super nett .Sie sind auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Das Frühstück war perfekt .Wir durften schon um 12 Einchecken, ich hatte vorher gefragt ...das war super wir hatten einen Hund mit. Das Zimmer war so schön ( mit Hund bekommt man oft schlechtere Zimmer ) . Der Hund hatte ein eigenes Handtuch bekommen u einen Napf !Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück. Kaffe- und Teestation auf dem Zimmer, sowie ein Kühlschrank.

Cons:

Betten sehr fest, aber das mögen ja einige.

Dårlig service og manglende imødekommenhed!
Cons:

Jeg var kommet til at booke et værelse 2 gange samme dag på Stadthotel. Fejlen var åbenlys, men hotellet var ikke imødekommende i forhold til at annullere den ene booking. Selv da booking.com bad dem hjælpe, sagde de nej. Jeg synes at det er usmageligt og upassende for et 4 stjernet hotel, at yde så ringe en service!
Da de gav besked om, at værelset var klar, gav de os nøglekort til kun et værelse (selv om de insisterede på, at få betaling for 2 værelser) - jeg bad dog herefter om, at gøre brug af begge værelser!

Lovely stay in a wonderful beachside hotel.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, room was good, may a litle makeover. Nice entrance and a very short distance to the beach. Overall a lovable place to be, we will come again for some more days a beach experience.

Cons:

parking spot to be paid? for a 4* Hotel should it be for free. breakfast was good, but there is still room for improvement to make it more modern and fancy. At least a bit more fish in an coast line hotel.
