Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Promenade und an der See. Deshalb kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Centrum. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hilfsbereit und kompetent. Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichlich und lecker.
An 3 Tagen musste ich früh zur Dialyse und konnte das Büfett nicht benutzen und trotzdem wurde ich vom Personal versorgt!

Cons:

Da gibst es nichts zu berichten!

Tolle Lage, direkt am Strand, sehr freundliches Personal, super Frühstück und großes Zimmer. Eine begehbare, große Dusche.

Cons:

Der Balkon ist so klein, dass nur eine Person darauf sitzen kann. Das habe ich mir bei einem Deluxe-Zimmer anders vorgestellt.

Unsere Wahl für einen schönen Ostseeurlaub.
Pros:

In den renovierten Zimmern wird vom neuen Mobiliar das Ostsee-Feeling eingefangen. Die Sauberkeit lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das Frühstücksbufet lässt keine Wünsche offen. In allen Bereichen ist das Personal überaus freundlich. Die Geschäftsführung des familiengeführten Hotels scheint alles richtig zu machen.

Ein richtig gutes Hotel in wunderbarer Lage
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und immer von positiven Überraschungen begleitet. In der Bar konnte man sich wohlfühlen, zumal der Barkeeper ein sehr angenehmer Gesprächspartner ist.
Ausgezeichnete Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage, in der sogar ein Eimer mit den Utensilien für eine Fensterreinigung parat stand. Sehr aufmerksam!

Cons:

WLAN am Schreibtisch hätte besser sein können. Es hätte auch nicht geschadet, außer einem Bodywash andere Pflegeprodukte im Bad bereitzustellen.

Die Zimmer, die Umgebung alles sehr sauber. Das Personal super nett

Cons:

Wir waren zu zweit und der Balkon war leider nur für eine Person gedacht. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau

Pros:

Tolles,freundliches Personal, besonders der Barkeeper macht einen wunderbaren Job! Sehr aufmerksam und nett!

Cons:

Bei 4 Sternen wäre es nett gewesen , "Kaffee und Milchpulver" täglich aufzufüllen, wenn schon nur ein Wasserkocher zur Verfügung steht.
Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Die Aussicht vom Hotel war traumhaft.
Das Zimmer war schön.
Das Frühstück war auch toll.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft war es etwas nervig, alle Angaben noch mal in ein Notebook eintippen zu müssen, obwohl alles schon geregelt und bezahlt war. Außerdem wurde uns an der Rezeption nur wenig mitgeteilt, nicht mal wo der Frühstücksraum ist und wann es Frühstück gibt.
Das Bad war recht eng. Der Balkon sehr klein, nur für eine Person.
Für den stolzen Preis hätte ich von einem Zimmer Deluxe etwas mehr erwartet.
Es war auch nicht barrierefrei, wir mußten den Koffer ein paar Stufen hoch tragen.

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett bequem.
Das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
