温泉も入れてお食事も美味しくて満足です
Pros:

バルコニー付きのお部屋に変更して頂けて良かった

Cons:

お部屋のお掃除が少し行き届いておらず残念。
冷蔵庫が入ってる棚の扉のガラス縁部分のがホコリがすごかった…
お部屋のお風呂を溜めると髪の毛が何本か浮いていた。

Pros:

◯部屋が広い。
◯お風呂の浴槽と洗い場が別々◎。
　トイレももちろん別で◎。
◯朝食が種類が沢山あってとても豪華で美味しい。
　食後にコーヒーがお持ち帰りできて嬉しい。
◯他のホテルに比べて宿泊代金が安く、お値段以上に快適に過ごせるので、リピートし続けたい。

Cons:

◯無料送迎バスはとてもありがたいが、ディズニーリゾートから少し距離があり、満員で自分も含め、ファミリー層が多いので、赤ちゃんを抱っこして立って乗っているパパママも居たりするので、もう少しバスの定員に余裕を持って運行してくれると良いと思った。

◯お部屋のアメニティの綿棒をもう少し多めに置いて欲しい（今回はコットンと綿棒２本入りのアメニティが一つしかなく、部屋は3人で利用したが、1人使えなかった。1人につき最低でも２本あると嬉しい）。

全体的に綺麗で快適でした
Pros:

スタッフの皆さんの対応が丁寧で素敵でした

Cons:

洗濯機、乾燥機を利用しましたが汚れが目立ちました
ホテル内にあるイタリアンレストランの味は美味しかったのですが、雰囲気と料理に見合わない値段でした(高かった)

快適な時間を過ごせました。また利用したいです。
Pros:

スタッフの方がみなさん親切。
お部屋は清潔でしたし、静かだったのでよく眠れました。

Cons:

以前利用した時と朝食の場所が変わり、１階だったのですが、朝食のメニューが以前より少なくなった気がしました。ですが、味は以前とかわらずとても美味しかったです。

Pros:

Tunnelma varsinkin miellytti. Ihmiset eivät puhuneet kännykköihin ja olivat kohteliaita. Kahvi ja tuoremehu olivat juotavia. Munakas erilaista ja pekonissa puolet läsää, mutta eivät rapeita. Parasta oli sake lohisoppa jota oli vierailumme aikana kolmasti.
