I would stay again.
Pros:

Very nice place to start immersing into the culture. Easy to get to from the airport and to the Disney parks as well as a main train station only 15 min from Tokyo

Cons:

I was not happy that one of the restaurant seemed to have required reservations I had been planning on dinner there and I was refused due to no reservation even though I was a hotel guest. No information in the room regarding this at all. There were other food options but not what I had been looking forward to and planning on Also was not allowed to wear my swim suit in the spa. So some how I have never read and or been aware of the standard soaking spas are gender specific but also nude. Not my cup I tea. I knew about needing a swim cap but I was completely unaware of the nudity and not allowed the option of my personal choice of wearing one!!

Pros:

部屋の綺麗さ、快適さはもちろんスタッフさんの接客も丁寧で良かった！

Cons:

同じ階のフロアに電子レンジはあったが、出来れば部屋の中に電子レンジがあれば尚良かったかなと、、

アクシデントも思い出に昇華できそうです!
Pros:

突然の子供の体調不良で色々と心配だったところ優しい対応に心が落ち着きました。チェックアウトの際も子供の体調を気にかけていただき、ありがとうございました。

主人は朝食のバイキングにごはんのお供が多くて大変満足していました。
父母も一緒に宿泊させてもらいました。ホテル内の売店で少しずつごはんを調達できて丁度よかったみたいです!
大浴場も気持ちよかったし、ドライヤーもリファだったのでちゃんと髪の毛も乾かせたのがよかったです!
ディズニーへのアクセスもよくバスの運転手さんも楽しかったです笑
ほんとに色々ありがとうございました!

ゆっくり休めて、景色もよくまったりできた。
Pros:

ベットが心地よくよく眠れました。
シャワーヘッドがよかった。
景色も眺めもよく癒された。

Cons:

宿泊している方には、温泉をいつでも使用できるよう無料にしてほしい。
別料金が痛かった。
電子レンジの場所が部屋から遠かったので、
もう少し、部屋からの近い場所にあったらいいなと思った。
あと、朝食を利用したいと思ったが、値段が高すぎるので断念した。
もう少し手軽に食べられる料金設定をしてくれたら、嬉しいと思いました。

Pros:

It is spotless clean, has family mart inside and also with shuttle to disney and accessible to limousine bus to and from haneda/narita airport.

Cons:

Staff could hardly communicate in english. They are using phone translation but you can tell they did not understand because the answer they give is not relevant.
