Schöner Kurzurlaub mit Familie
Pros:

Direkt an der Promenade gelegen - raus aus dem Hotel und raus auf die Ostsee (waren im Februar da und die war zugefroren). Das Hotel hatte außergewöhnlich geräumige Zimmer, das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Leider war der kleine Pool, was wir vielleicht übersehen hatten bei der Filterung über Booking nicht direkt im Hotel, sondern drei Minuten zu Fuß im Nachbarhotel (im Winter mit drei Kindern etwas mühsam). Die Reinigung erfolgte nur aller zwei Tage, das finde ich okay, allerdings waren gerade im Bad Haare zu finden und manches nicht ordentlich geputzt.

Sehr nett und erholsam.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und auch die Zimmer waren wie abgebildet. Das Personal war immer freundlich und das dazu gebuchte Frühstück sehr lecker und vielfältig.

Mehr erwartet als bekommen.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral und ist auch für Rollstuhl Fahrer gut geeignet. Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Schwimmbad war geschlossen 4 Tage von 5 Aufenthalts-Tagen. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst hätte ich ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Eine Info vorher hätte ich erwartet. Wir hatten ein Apartment - wo im Schlafzimmer ein Wasser Fleck an der Decke ist. Was beim aufwachen nicht schön abzusehen ist. Auch die Wasser Spülung benötigt eine überholen und auch die Fugen am Boden müsste auch erneuert werden.

Das Essen war gut, das Personal sehr freundlich, alles andere darf einem nicht so wichtig sein.

Cons:

Leider war die "kostenlose" Wasserflasche noch vom Vorgast angefangen. Aus hygienischen Gründen hätten wir gerne eine volle, originalverschlossene Flasche gehabt, sus der man auch trinken kann.
Die Ausstattung ist sehe veraltet, aber dennoch nutzbar.

Die Freundlichkeit! Und das tolle Angebot und Preis-Leistung. Die Betten und Decken waren so kuschelig.
