Pros:

Excellent value, right next to a tram stop, room service is great value pub style meals. Clean, comfortable, and daily housekeeping service.

Cons:

There were three roll down blinds to cover the big floor-to-feeling window. A little less convenience and privacy than curtains would provide.

The basin was badly cracked When we arrived. I hope that we don't get charged for the damage. We have photos that we took when we arrived. I complained to reception.

Pros:

The room service was difficult to order with dietary restrictions but the staff at the bistro were pretty good with speedy delivery.

Cons:

Car parking was challenging. The access to different parts of the building from outside was convoluted and a bit confusing but staff were very helpful.

Affordable but very basic, will consider elsewhere next time
Pros:

Good price and location, clean room, comfortable beds, reliable wifi, tv, split system heating/cooling, good water pressure and temperature in shower, staff friendly and did their best to be helpful

Cons:

The place is very basic. No microwave, plates or cutlery in the room which I think there should've been. No hairdryer. Not very nice door handles. The tv came on twice one night early morning with an "airplay code" because someone in another room had their airpods on - not cool, had to get on a chair and turn the powerpoint off! "Do not disturb" sign doesn't fit properly around the handle. There was a long snail climbing up the wall on checkin, which a staff member removed
