In a word- Excellent and will definitely be staying again.
Pros:

Everything was excellent, staff were fantastic, polite, friendly and very helpful. Room beautiful, very clean and so comfortable. Bed very comfortable. Restaurant was very good from Breakfast in the morning and dinner at night the food was exceptional and good value for money. plus great car parking area for guest of the hotel very good concept. Thank you for a great stay.

Refreshing overnight stay in quality hotel.
Pros:

The view from our river facing roof was fabulous. Nice fresh new hotel room. Lovely sunrise in the morning. Appreciated the included room snacks and Penfolds wine.

Pros:

Great location, room was lovely with a river view and appreciated the complementary snacks and bottle of wine. Very clean and a comfy bed. Secure parking and easy to walk down to the river for a stroll along the riverbank.

Cons:

Service in the hotel was extremely slow, we tried to order a cocktail using the scan facility at the table but it didn't work. The staff member we spoke to did not resolve the issue and we needed to go up to the bar to order our drinks and service here was also extremely slow.
Had the buffet breakfast in the morning and that afternoon once I got home, I had a bout of food poisoning which I needed to see the doctor about and get medication. Can't prove it was something I ate at the hotel, but I didn't eat anything else after I left.

Pros:

It was lovely and fresh. Staff were friendly and it’s well located.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant at dinner time was average. Only lukewarm and steaks not cooked to order. Service was great though.
