Pros:

Estuve en 3 lugares en Belize, pero sin duda este fue el mejor.La atención del personal fue increíble, muy satisfactoria.Llegamos, la caja fuerte tenía problemas y enseguida me colocaron una nueva.Reina, la chica de recepción realmente es un amor, muy atenta al igual que todo el personal.En la recepción tenés agua, te y de mañana café, estar ahí fue mágico para nosotros.

La Isla awaits you , on your next trip to the Island.
Pros:

Location was great close to beach ,restaurants and stores . The staff was magnificent and knowledgeable of the island and given ideas on what to do.

Great accomodation and would happily stay there again. Good location and facilities.
Pros:

Room was exceptionally spacious. Great pool and location was fantastic. Short walk to the water taxi and really close to shops, restaurants and island attractions.

Cons:

Wifi in room wasnt ideal and on the Easter weekend (appreciate this is highly caveated) was quite noisy. Apart from that the room was quiet.

The manager she needs to treat everyone who books there equally .

The front desk when we checked in was really nice

The manager was so rude and acted a little racial towards us and made me feel unwelcome and if I could’ve I would’ve went back home she made kill my entire mood and made me feel so down for my first experience at caye

Schönes Inselhotel
Pros:

Schöne und gepflegte Anlage mit Liegestühlen am Meer. Wir waren schon öfter hier und finden schön, dass die Anlage noch im alten Stil der Insel errichtet ist. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Wir hatten bisher immer Zimmer im 1. Stock, die waren dieses Mal schon weg, deshalb waren wir im Erdgeschoss. Dort gibt es allerdings trotz AC und Entfeuchtungsanlsge, due einen Höllenlärm macht, ein massives Problem mit der Feuchtigkeit. Mein Thermometer mit Hygrometer zeigte konstant 98% an!
Also: nächstes Mal ausschließlich 1. Stock.

Dommage que la plage devant ne peut pas être utilisée à cause des algues...comme de partout sur l'île !

Le gros point négatif qui peut être facilement corrigé : comment peut on laisser un tel rooftop dans un tel état ! Il faudrait un bon coup de ménage et même si le restaurant est fermé il faudrait conserver le lieu propre car cela peut être un atout majeur avec une magnifique vue sur le coucher de soleil !

Great option in a great location.
Pros:

Nice hotel, great location to explore the island. No restaurant, but there are lots of options close by. Free coffee in the mornings, and free water to refill your own water bottles. Convenience store next door for cheap beers on the beach.

Cons:

Slightly loud next to the street, if you like to go to bed early. Hotel has strict rules regarding the pool, and damage to towels or sheets. If you're a responsible person, it's not a problem.

Everything is within walking distance and our room/the grounds were really clean
Pros:

Location is great. Very clean rooms.

Cons:

Originally, we were in the older building (room 2) which had flat carpet, 2 beds and an older bathroom. We didn’t have room to put our stuff away since there was no closet or real dresser-but they were able to live us to the remodeled rooms which were more spacious.

Great location, very helpful staff, nice pool. Big rooms

Cons:

I don't know whose fault it was or if it was a system glitch, but I was given a room upgrade for being genius in the app, but got there to be told it hadn't come through the system so we had no pool view. Pretty disappointing. Booking.com didn't help nor did the hotel. Other than that it was great. Could do with a few more lounges by the pool and beach lounges in some shade and a kettle in the room.
