The staff was really nice and helpful. A good amount of activities (stretching, Dart, Cycling, Swimming, Sauna) as entertainment program. We looooved the food!! Breakfast and Dinner was 12 out of 10 points. I liked that there were some constant food elements, but some changes every day. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The whole hotel was very clean in general. Balcony (pool view) was worth the extra money. A plus was that parking was for free and the cycle rental was very close. I will for sure come back again!

Cons:

For the price it was absolutely worth the money. Of course if we pay for less than a 4 star hotel, I would not expect an excellent 4 star hotel. Some furniture and items could be exchanged, but they were all functional working. We stayed in another 4 star hotel after that (closer to Palma) and it did not fulfil closely what we received here in BG Rei del Mediterrani.

What could be better:
- Since the hotel in the spring season is mostly for biking clients with an active lifestyle, the gym shall be better maintained. The only item I used without a problem in the "gym" was a yoga mat for bodyweight exercises and stretching.
- The smell in the hotel of some air refreshener or perfume was a bit too much for me. It is better to open windows more often than to override it with air refreshener.
- Room and parking space was small, but it was sufficient.

Brilliant room and best breakfast
Pros:

Staff were friendly and we got a free upgrade to a suite with a hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was amazing

Cogimos una noche de hotel para despejarnos mi pareja y yo y pasar un rato tranquilo y relajado en el Spa y cual fue nuestra sorpresa, que el agua estaba súper fría y no pudimos meternos en ningún momento, fuimos a la recepción y no nos solucionaron nada. Lo podrían avisar antes de pagar y hubiésemos ido a otro hotel. Lo mejor el recepcionista Juan que fue súper amable. La comida, cena ...muy escasa y poca variedad. La verdad que muy descontentos.
