よかったです
Pros:

お風呂はリラックス、朝食は美味しく、満足です。

Cons:

お風呂スペースにはいるときの下駄箱のスリッパにつける番号札が、数が足りないのと、スリッパに付ける札と持ち歩く札がそろってなかった。

The spa is good.

One of female reception on the other day was racist discrimination on me. Totally ignore me and not helpful when check in the hotel. Totally awful experience.

愛知ガイシホールに来る時はここに泊まろう。
Pros:

部屋の清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。部屋の中で会計ができるのも良かったです。ラウンジにいつでも飲み物を取りに行けるのもありがたかったです。お風呂は隣接の温泉施設を利用できたので、お得感もありました。ライブの為に利用したので、愛知ガイシホールまで徒歩5分というのもお気に入り点です。

スパではない！ザ昭和なスーパー銭湯♨️
Pros:

ホテルのダブルのお部屋は、
まだ新しく、
有松絞りをデザインした、コンパクトながら快適でした

Cons:

まず駐車場の案内に不満。ホテル入り口とスパ入り口が別だとまったくわからなかった。
駐車場の案内を2回も電話で聞いたのに、その案内が無く、ホテルからかなり遠い場所に駐車。
なんて不便なのだと思ってしまった…

施設は評価が分かれると思うが、
(お部屋は新しくて快適)
しかし、スパが、いわゆるザ昭和な温浴施設で、卓球もできればカラオケもあり、子どもは走りまわり、
夜のお風呂はまるでカオス。
リラックスなぞ全くできなかった…

スパなどという素敵なワードを使うし、写真はどうも新しいときのものだったようで、
すっかり騙されてしまった…

お風呂は、施設も古く、古いせいか掃除も行き届いていないように思った
