Pros:

ホテル内がとても清潔。
スタッフの方々の対応がとても感じ良い。
チェックイン前に温泉施設の利用券(一回分)をもらえた。
チェックイン後は温泉施設が自由に利用できる。

Cons:

部屋が10階だったこともあるが、温泉施設までの距離が遠かったのが唯一、マイナス0.5ポイント。

コスパ良し！
Pros:

宿泊のホテル部門はスタイリッシュにリノベされており、アルコールを含めた飲み物の提供があり良かった。
温浴施設へのアプローチはアップダウンありで若干大変。温浴施設はいろいろなお風呂が楽しめてよかった。

泊まってよかった！
Pros:

となりの温泉施設が無料で使えるのがとてもよかったです。従業員の方達も感じが良く名古屋に行く際はまた、泊まりたいと思うホテルでした。

Pros:

お風呂はリラックス、朝食は美味しく、満足です。

Cons:

お風呂スペースにはいるときの下駄箱のスリッパにつける番号札が、数が足りないのと、スリッパに付ける札と持ち歩く札がそろってなかった。

The spa is good.

Cons:

One of female reception on the other day was racist discrimination on me. Totally ignore me and not helpful when check in the hotel. Totally awful experience.
