Pros:

Greedy ppl who denied our booked rooms on 23rd jan. We stayed 21st in renuka only because it was close to Adyar Ananda Bhavan. We drove 6 hrs back from Nuwara Rliya and we're shocked to be told that they cancelled our reservation as their AC compressor was malfunctioning. Jokers can't even lie properly. Highly recommend not booking here as you might be told no water or bulb not working. Absolute clowns 🤡

Parfait pour une étape dans colombo, confort et très bien placé.
Pros:

Un hôtel bien équipé avec des chambres joliment décorées. Petite piscine sur le toit terrasse et salle de sport. Très bien placé pour visiter Colombo. Restaurant disponible dans le bâtiment en face de l'hôtel (au sous sol).

В целом отель хороший, чтобы остановиться на одну или пару ночей в Коломбо. Нас заселили пораньше, но с условием, что мы отменим бронь на букинге, не приятно, но мы пошли на это так как очень устали после перелета. К слову, в других отелях на Шри-Ланке нам делали ранний заезд или поздний выезд, если было необходимо, без каких-либо отмен брони. Номер просторный и чистый. Персонал вежливый. Не далеко, в сторону жд дороги есть кафе Monkeys, мы там завтракали и пили кофе, рекомендую это место. Бассейн с прохладной водой, полотенца для шезлонгов дают, есть небольшой спортзал.

Cons:

В номере не понравилась вода в термосе неизвестного происхождения, мы не стали ее пить. Питьевой воды в бутылках не было. Нашим друзьям дали номер с двумя кроватями, хотя бронь была на двуспальные кровати. Не понравились лифты, лестницы в отеле, с которыми было не просто сразу разобраться, ходишь как в лабиринте.

Pros:

Excellent hotel. Its Palmyrah restaurant is first class. Wifi good. The staff throughout hotel are friendly, polite and very helpful. Special mention to Suclharshan at reception who is brilliant.
