Wish a better way to use tv with out figuring what button to watch tv without using the apps and the heater easier to use on which one turns heat on and a/c

Lack of staff interest to manage the loud and unruly guests on the 2nd floor. Requests to front desk went unanswered. At 12:45 am I ended up asking the rude guests to either go to their rooms or the lobby.

The front desk staff was basically non-existent. They have a "24 hour" front desk, but no one is there more often than not. And even when someone is working they hide in the back room with the door shut so you wouldn't know they are there anyway. When there actually is no one there they have a phone on the counter that you have to use to call the property next door (same owner), which is not helpful because they don't know anything about this property. My husband tried to ask about late check out for his parents, but no one at the other property knew if that was a thing at this property.

We were placed in an accessibility room even though that isn't what I booked. For anyone who has mobility issues, note that in this accessibility room, the toilet paper was mounted behind the toilet off to the right where it was very difficult to reach while sitting on the toilet. There is a wall to the left of the toilet that would have been perfectly reachable, I don't understand why it wasn't mounted there. There also was only one towel hook outside the shower mounted very high, making it difficult for someone to reach if you have vertical limitations. There was no hook or rack for the hand towel even though there was plenty of wall space for one near the sink. All of these things seemed odd, particularly for an accessibility room.

Also of note, water pressure sucked. There was a very large gap at the bottom of the door to the hallway, maybe about an inch. The laundry room seemed neglected, it was rather stinky, and didn't look very clean. We only went in there because the ice machine on our floor was in there. In the room my in-laws stayed in, the shower drain was plugged up, and because it was a standing shower with no tub water flooded onto the floor.

The property also claimed to have electric vehicle chargers, but this is completely a lie. Plan on charging in Vernal, because nothing in Roosevelt was working.

Beds was terrible, hair in the bathroom n bed and the swimming pool was too cold to enjoy

You could hear the people next to us, like, every word they were saying. Through the connecting doors

when we showered water ran all over in the bathroom. Poor construction in shower.

There was hardly any food, there were no biscuits or fruit

Construction mess made me worry it would be unclean but it was fine

Window curtains were way way too light. All the lights outside shine through and it lights up the room all night. They need to be more black out.
