Budgethotel, som kan bruges til overnatning ifm fodbold i Dortmund. Ikke velegnet til par- eller familieferie. Personale
Pros:

Beliggenheden. Gode og billige parkeringspladser (13 EUR) under hovedbanegården, som ligger lige overfor hotellet. Gåafstand til shopping, restauranter og barer. Nemt med tog til og fra stadion.

Cons:

Vi havde bestilt og forudbetalt 2 værelser til 4 personer, og fik en lejlighed med 3 sovepladser og måtte derfor bede om ekstra dyne til sofaen (som ikke var en sovesofa). Forvirring om adgang til lejligheden. Vi blev ført ud af hotellet ned ad en sidegade med narkomaner og hjemløse, selvom der var nem og direkte adgang til lejligheden via hotellets lobby. Det var en sær oplevelse.

Das Apartment im 5.Stock war grandios!! Die Matratzen gemütlichen, viel Platz, tolle Terrasse

Cons:

Dass die Schlafzimmer zur Straße raus sind. Gerade übers Wochenende ist der Lärm der Wahnsinn

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

- gute Lage ca. 4 Minuten vom Dortmund Hbf entfernt

-freundliches und aufmerksames Personal

-Ausstattung im Zimmer war nett

Cons:

-Wände waren leider nicht schalldicht, obwohl das in der Beschreibung angegeben ist

-Dusche besaß keine Tür, sodass der Boden recht nass wurde (selbst mit Vorsicht)

(-der Fahrstuhl fährt momentan leider nur vom 1. bis 5. Stockwerk)

Kurze angenehme Übernachtung
Pros:

Es lief alles super. Checkin nach 22 Uhr persönlicher Empfang. Tolles hohes bequemes Bett. Trotz dass es an der Straße liegt schön ruhig. Alles sauber und die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer ist auch toll. Super Preis-Leistung.
