Das Appartement war groß und gut ausgestattet

Cons:

Es war von der Straße her extrem laut. Wir haben alle kein Auge zugemacht
Bei Ankunft bekamen wir mitgeteilt, daß unsere Buchung eigentlich storniert sei, weil das Hotel in den nächsten Tagen schließen wird. Nach ein wenig Diskussion bekamen wir dann doch das Appartement, was dann aber erst noch geputzt werden musste.

Pros:

My choice to stay when I visit Dortmund! Second time that I stayed there. Close to station and walking distance from my shopping zone. Very practical to stay even for a night! Staff as always very friendly and helpful. People in the reception and breakfast zone are adorable. Can't wait to return! Definitely recommend it!

De locatie en het bed was erg fijn.

Cons:

Het niet wisselen van de handdoeken. Na 3 nachten zelf handdoeken op moeten halen en toiletpapier. Voelde alsop de camping 🫣

Pros:

Due to a DB train issue, we were unable to reach our original destination and ended up staying at this hotel near the station. The receptionist — who I believe is the same person mentioned in other reviews — was unbelievably kind and incredibly helpful. Their support truly saved us in a stressful situation, and we were very grateful for the warm and welcoming service.

Pros:

Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel en vooral de allerliefste dame bij het ontbijtbuffet heeft ons verblijf extra leuk gemaakt. Ontbijt uitstekend en de bedden fantastisch. Kamers opvallend stil, heerlijk. Ligging ten opzichte van het openbaar vervoer ook heel goed. Ik maak gebruik van een loophulpmiddel en ik heb geen enkele belemmering ondervonden, alles was voor mij goed toegankelijk.

De wifi kon beter.
