Ok for a very short stay
Pros:

Good location for airport, approximately a 10 minute drive.

Room itself was pretty clean.

Bed was large and pretty comfy.

Has a TV, very very limited channels.

Free water and toiletries included.

Cons:

Everywhere smelled like old cigarette smoke.

Bathroom was grubby and needs a very good deep clean.

Bed linen had stains and holes.

A lot of noise from the Mosque, street outside. We didn’t sleep particularly well.

Cleanliness. Besides, staff were readily available to help with request for additional equipment like ironing board and late check-ins. Many shops and cafe nearby. Perfect for short stay if attending event/conferences in Bayan Lepas (such as at Setia convention centre)

Great stay. I have a repeat stay in this hotel since 2015

The facility is well kept. Clean surrounding, cozy reception / lobby, elevator & room. The room is exceptionally clean
